There is also a photo from the actual sale where their salesman, Gabe, is holding the watch together with the incorrect warranty card. That image alone raises serious concerns, because it shows the watch and mismatched documentation being presented together at the time of purchase. For a business that presents itself as a trusted luxury dealer, this level of error is unacceptable. It cost me real money and should not happen in a professional watch dealership. What makes this even worse is that every time I try to leave an honest review explaining what happened, it gets removed instead of addressed. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear documentation error that caused financial loss, it feels like the priority is suppressing negative feedback rather than resolving the issue.
