I called Albert at the websites number and shortly he called me back. I explained what I was looking for and my budget. I emailed him pictures of what I had returned to the other retailers. Also, I sent him links to the ring he had in stock i wanted to purchase. He called me an hour later and told me he could make me what I wanted better than the in stock ring represented it. I left a deposit over the phone and we scheduled to meet a week later. He sent me videos of the 2.03 carat stone and told me total weight of the halo setting diamonds. His assistant and he checked in a couple times over the week to assure me we were on schedule. I felt relieved but worried about the stone quality and setting because of my past experiences. This was different because I am now getting to look at the item before paying in full.... When I met Albert at his ultra secure setup on 47th street I was in awe. This was the ring. The perfect one I had been looking for. The color and clarity of the stone was above what I was expecting, far above. The cushion cut is just awesome. Albert you are the man! I had the ring appraised and the Appraiser asked me what I paid and he said impossible. Then he took it in the back for a couple minutes and came out and was astonished. Told me that Albert must have owed me a favor. My lovely fiancée said yes! Unfortunately all of her sisters husbands were upset because their girls want an upgrade....... Albert thank you so much. I called them the second I got it they said it was shipped out in a perfect condition, so many lies. Little did I know, the custom made ring was received in no condition to what I asked for, ring came with dent and unpolished, made in platinum! See photos. With over 1 months communications, they somehow just do not want to send my ring back when I told them since you cannot do a new setting then return the ring back! I had to ask so many times to ask for updates. I had left a review and wow they asked me to remove the ring, meanwhile still did not want to send back the ring. I had to tell them that if they do not send back the ring I will be filing complaints. The person is so insist that the review is so important to them and keep harassing me and still without sending my ring. I had enough I told them I gave two solutions, one is to refund partially for the setting you had done wrong and I will remove the review, second is send back the ring and the review stay. The person had promised with 300 refund, so I said I will remove the review once I received the ring and refund as you promised. And I obviously did not receive the 300, funny why am i stupid to believe. The ring I received today 12/3 was just purposely damaged. See photos. I just cannot justify enough whether you are a family business or not, this is a wrong way to treat a customer, especially you are at fault at every steps. I still currently pay for the installments as I will be still doing so because I still need to pay the portion for the center stone. I'm going to through my credit card company to have refund to what I had already paid which is the partial refund they should refund me for me to make a new setting at a different jeweler which will cost another 1200-2000. If you had not purposely damaging the ring itself and send back the original ring, you will not be seeing this review here, but you did and you know you did.
