American Maid truly has gone above and beyond on ensuring my home looks spotless every time!…read moreThroughout the years, American Maid has carefully listened and acted on my OCD level of cleaning. Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

I saw great reviews and needed a deep cleaning ahead of having photos taken to list my home for…read moresale. I requested a quote without her coming to my home first due to my time constraints and when she arrived there were still a lot of things for me to finish up (there was a narrow path between an overflowing bin of recycling and parts of a bicycle/workout equipment). They started upstairs while I got the downstairs cleared out and spent maybe four hours to clean the roughly 1600sf and at the end of it my house looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside of my fridge (which needed it!) and organized my food :) Baseboards windowsills, and floors all scrubbed and clean and everything looking and smelling great. Then she said the charge was a lot less than the original quote. I wish they were able to continue to provide services for me once I move but I will be too far out of range. I have used a lot of companies to clean (I moved 9 times in 11 years for both move out and move in services) and this is by far the best experience I have ever had - both the cost and the service.

I also appreciated that they took off their shoes in my home as they noticed I did not like people to wear shoes in the house due to us having a baby plus carpet. The gals got right to work immediately after informing them of what was most important for me to have address. They were very quiet and kept to themselves for the most part. Overall so so pleased with the service, I have used this company previously at my previous house which was much smaller and they did a wonderful job there as well. So nice to have a company that holds their employees to high expectations which lead to awesome results! Especially love the part that my house does not reek of strong chemicals which would lead us to needing to air out the house; thankfully this isn't the case. Can't recommend this company highly enough!
