My daughter gave birth and my husband called and left a message before they opened on Saturday morning. They called back at opening and made a custom arrangement and gift bag for him to bring her that morning. The owner was absolutely customer oriented and we appreciated the last minute request expedited without compromise to the quality. Called and requested guarantee time for there were several roses in bouquet. Told 24 hour guarantee on roses.
