Don't do business with these people! They don't take accountability for their mistakes. My husband ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement and I received dry petals, with little to no water and left without notice! No phone call was made, no door bell, no knock. Nothing!! My flowers were sitting outside for what it seems like hours by the way the arrangement looked. I called and spoke to some woman who stated i"it's the 3rd parties fault" According to this lady I spoke to, she mentioned if my husband didn't leave specifics then they pretty much just dump your arrangements at your door. She's a joke and so is this floral business. Mother's Day flowers ruined definitely not worth the $ the reviews don't lie!! This is what my flowers looked like, dead and dry! I ordered flowers to be used for an event through a third party website. The arrangement was delivered but looked nothing like what I ordered. The arrangement was over $200, it was substantially smaller than pictured and more importantly, the flowers were in very poor condition. The hydrangeas were wilted, some of the roses were significantly wilted, what looked to be snapdragons were VERY wilted and crushed. When I called to express my frustration, I spoke with someone named Erin who offered nothing but excuses and dismissed me entirely, she made no offer to re-make or resolve my issue. I'm left with a VERY expensive arrangement that looks like it has been in my house for weeks already. There was zero customer service to be had, I am highly disappointed. I absolutely would not go anywhere near this florist, do not spend your hard-earned money at this establishment. read more
