The people on the phone were actually solid: real polite, prompt, and made it easy. She got the surprise delivery and hit me with the pics (then showed her friends). Everybody's first reaction was "who passed away?" The arrangement looked straight-up funeral. On top of that, the flowers didn't last long at all. They meant well and the staff was cool, but I'm not coming back for romantic or "just because" gifts. If you need something for a funeral or somebody you don't particularly like, this is probably your spot.
