We had an exchange student chip her tooth on a Saturday and they not only answered my VM on a weekend, he drove all the way up from OC for an emergency visit on a SUNDAY. I just had to deal with a second crown put in (one of which was bc of a crappy crown from another dentist that probably contributed to the TMJ leading to a deep cavity underneath the crown) and both experiences were practically PAINLESS.
