My grandson and I went to Angel view last week . I was surprised that they had redid all the stuff . I thought it was cleaner and had better stuff. I will be visiting again. P.S. last time which was a long time I visit it was in shambles I walked in and walked out . It was kinda smelly. read more

Nice, clean location. Plenty of parking. And I was super impressed to see they even had a Quinceañera dress for sale.

Great place Helps children who are sick very nice idea It serves a good deed by helping sick kids read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would but of course politics! I went in with my disabled mother and her emotional support animal who is still in training and is a puppy. My mom was happily growing around and when it came to lining up for the cashier, they were moving things around chaotically and bumping into people so of course my moms dog let out a bark in the midst of the busy traffic and an employee dressed as a cat was making rude remarks to my mom about the dog and after assuring her the dog wouldn't bite her and she would continued to make gestures and comments about my moms tiny 2lb dog. I really don't appreciate a company known to support disabled children and adults not being supportive of emotional support animals. I hope you can rethink the employees you hire and how they treat customers. read more

I don't know where the good inventory is, but it's not here. And if an item it remotely good, it's overpriced. If you like target and kohls brands with a lot of old navy, then this place is for you. read more

Items are overpriced. I am no longer donating to this location. The one in the cove is way better. Friendlier employees too

Men's clothes are not sorted by size. So, you just have to look for the design and color you like. read more

At 4:30pm, the cashier, older lady with glasses and gray hair was yelling at a little girl for accidentally taking someone else's item from an abandoned cart..Again a little girl. How unprofessional and twisted do you have to be to take your anger out on a little girl. The little girl did not know. That woman needs to be more professional or removed form being in the front. Disgusting. read more

Old cashier lady with short grey hair and glasses is unprofessional. She started lecturing a little girl for a simple misunderstanding.

I hope someone from angel view upper echelon reads this. I think you may need to be reminded you are a tax exempt non profit. And operate a thrift store with completely free donated items. I have never seen such outrageous prices for highly used goods. I would put a photo of the $300 rusty walmart brand bike. But I can't. Revivals and other thrift stores have better prices for sure. Angel view is obviously run by greed. I would like to see the books of how much is actually going to those in need! read more

This store is extremely expensive for a thrift store. The employees have favoritism and give discounted prices to people they know. I went in today and found two items but the employee took them to the back and came back with higher prices. I got very upset and asked for the manager but she was no help. the employee said the reason for the price change is because there's no boots being sold for $9.99. But I had another pair of boots that were $9.99 and I had put back. The other item that the price was changed didn't have a tag so I understand but they priced it at $15. For a thrift store that's supposed to be for people of lower class I thought this was crazy. They get things for free but price things up. I even saw a jacket for $350.... read more

This place is clean. The day I went yellow tags were 50% off. A couple of our friends bought dresses, denim jackets, glass serving bottles, purses and shoes! The ladies found treasures! The worker was so nice that one of our friends wanted the denim jacket from the mannequin display and so she took it off the display. They were so HAPPY that we took the time to stop by. read more

I so enjoy this resale location with so much to choose from and higher quality things, the prices are fair. I especially enjoy Patti and her kind ways, her joyful personality and her testament to claiming her faith! Love this woman! Love this location! read more

I have dropped off donations here a few times. They are very easy to work with. Some other establishments seem to make it a little more difficult or restricted to drop off items. I really appreciate having this in nearby. Great store. Check it out read more

Staff tries to be helpful stock is attractive. No complaints seem to receive better quality merchandise.

This is such a great thrift shop! Every Angel View is amazing, but this one is extra specially good. There's a great selection of clothes and housewares. Everything is so organized and clean. I love this place! read more

No idea. Went by at 19 minutes before closing and they were standing at the door and said they were closed. I said the website said they were open for almost more 20 minutes, I was told yes they are, but that nobody could come in, because they were closing. Strange. read more

This is a pretty decent thrift store. The prices are fair. Everything is organized and it's a fairly large store. Parking is right outside and its easy to access the front door. It seemed to hold a large majority of older ladies' clothing and had very few "younger" styles on the racks. read more

Try to dropoff several bags of donations New dropoff point is terrible Very rude and ignorant young man refused to help Donations taken to FOSS LAST DONATION TO ANGEL V IEW read more

Horrible attitude from the woman who accepts the donations. Awful, right out of the gate. I'm not sure what it's like to have to constantly work alongside her, as I presume it wouldn't be a good experience based on a brief interaction with her, but wow. I rarely have experiences like this. The fact that she represents any facet of this organization is sad. read more

This is a small Angel View thrift store, but it is incredibly well organized. It's tucked away in a strip mall that faces away from its Hwy 111 address. You have to drive between the car wash and quick-lube place to get to the lot. But there are some good deals to be had. If you need a sequined dress for a black tie affair, you can get that here. There are nice sets of dishes and some good appliances available. I got a quality roasting rack for $2.99. On another trip, we scored some fun 45s and LPs and a proper glass for wheat beer. It's not far from the La Quinta Goodwill, so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

Terrible customer service - website is wrong about closing time - I was rudely admonished that the website had been wrong "forever" and I should know that by one of the rude female workers. Wouldn't take donations either 15 minutes til close. Was told they are closed- sign on door said closes at 5. Still had 15 minutes. Won't be back and won't donate there any more either. Hire better staff read more

I like all the angel view locations- La Quinta, Palm Desert and Palm Springs are my most frequented. Try it out, see how you feel!

Will NEVER donate anything there again. Horrible experience. We both have back issues and they made us haul everything to inside the donation area. We asked for help with an office chair and they said no, they couldn't help! A man in the parking lot saw us struggling and came to help. Outrageous. read more

Rude asked for a price on "donations " they have outside manager was "busy" said he would price 30 to an hour for a simple piece of furniture that was outside. Yet as I walked to my car he was talking to customers laughing and chit chatting. Hello you lost easy money?! Manager tony don't care about his clients nor making the top sale for the hour read more

I will never go back because of their "new policy" that you cannot buy anything that is missing a price tag. I wanted to purchase a small velvet jewelry bag and when I checked out they told me they couldn't sell it without a price tag. I offered to wait until they took it to the back to get a price, but Joshua, the manager, told me they couldn't do it today because it "had to be re-processed". That is a ridiculous policy! read more

Over priced garbage. Seriously WAY too expensive on prices. $6.99 for old flip flops lol. You can get new ones at Walmart for that price. ...I saw a vest for $34.99 ??? Books are $1 guess that's good. read more

Great little store in old town La Quinta. worth a visit. Some things are more expensive in thrift store terms, but the high quality of gems to be discovered is well worth it! Found a beautiful set of Sheffield England silver & enamel Salad Servers. Look for the color of the week for HALF OFF! This isn't a big department store size place so don't expect Revivals or a giant amount of inventory. Definitely worth a quick look-see to see what's in store! read more

I came here to donate some clothes & shoes. It was a very easy & fast process. I haven't looked around inside so I wouldn't be able to give any input on other people saying the items are expensive. My experience was good. read more

This place is amazing. I love all of the staff here, they are very friendly! Always greeted coming into the store, and there are people they help with your donations. I've had bad experiences with other angels views and personally this one is the best! read more

The prices are high, you could probably do better at a retail store like target or Walmart.

What a mess. Angel View is overpriced by about 500%. I find like items for less on sale at Macy's. Strong off odor, some clothes are soiled. Service is terrible. The girl up front acts like a pissed off teen, totally unprofessional, have her a second chance last week. Would never go back. Thrifting should be fun, and a savings. They'll have none of that at Angel View. It simply could not be managed any worse. read more

Like any thrift store, it's a hit or miss. I love the new layout of this location. Yes, some items are over priced but if you look hard enough you can find some really great deals. In my personal experience, the staff there has been friendly and kind. read more

I am not sure who decides on their pricing but seriously all of the Angel Views except maybe Palm Springs location have lost their minds!!!! This is a thrift store... remember? Most all of their shoes could be bought New for a fraction of what they are pricing them at... the clothing isn't far behind... this is used stuff and a lot is in used shape? This isn't Beverly Hills... it's the flippin desert... I think garage sales are the way to go or Marshalls!!!! read more

No one at the register, rang the bell after waiting 4 minutes, Daniel yelled out from the back "be there in a minute" not friendly at all, made us feel like he was doing us a favor. He was worried about his lunch and playing games with the other employees. read more

This is my local thrift store where I donate all kinds of stuff, including a near-new Sony Blu-ray DVD player, DVD's, a flatscreen TV, etc. I also shop there often. I can honestly tell you that they have almost no customer service, nor desire to serve their customers at all. Today I saw a line of Hispanic customers lined up at the register and the only salesperson was sorting through clothes 30-feet away. I wanted to buy a queen-sized boxspring and I needed help so I politely asked the employee if they had a cashier. She came right up, rang up the waiting customers, then called for a man to come up from the backroom to bring me a new boxspring. It took him a long time and the cashier said he's checking the price. I said "the price is marked right on it, it says $139. Then five minutes later the man comes back with a just-printed price tag list and he says, "It's $199". Oh right. Make me wait, disregard the marked price, then print out new prices WHILE I WAIT??? Last year I paid for a used sofa for my mother. They put a "SOLD" sign on it while I confirmed that my mom would accept it, (she's picky about used furniture). Mom said no. I drove back to Angel View and told them I was sorry but my mom didn't want it. They said, "no refunds!" That sofa never left the store, but my $150 was gone forever. read more

Seriously!! Skip this joint!! I have donated tons of stuff here, but no more. I figured I would be helping provide low cost donated items to those who need a bargain for their families. So I stopped in on Saturday to check it out. Not the case - you might as well go to a department store and get something NEW where the prices are the SAME. I mean, really, they are going to have a backup of inventory because who in the world would pay what they want for items that, let's face it, have been GIVEN to them with the best of intentions. NEW MANAGER NEEDED asap. Get with the program - you are not a retail store. read more
