The only reason I continue to come back to this salon is because its close to home. I'm happy with my nails about 65% of the time, very inconsistent. Also when I come to a salon I wanna feel relaxed and peaceful not hearing the technicians yelling across the room to each other in a different language. read more

Not sanitary enough. My mother never had a single problem with her nails and after she got her nails done there she suddenly got fungus on her nails and she's been back and forth at the doctor and it's very hard to treat. read more

Sloppy job. And rude lady who attended us . That is in the last chair close to the bathrooms .

They are so rude here! They talk about you behind your back the whole time . Especially the girl in the first chair . I'll never come back again. . I'm not sure why they treat the public like that when all we want is to have pretty nails and be pampered for an hour! They are horrible and the nails pop off after one week ! Bye! read more

Glad I made an appointment for when they opened. Walked in at opening Every attendant had a customer seated. They told me to have a seat and wait. I never mind waiting when I'm a walk-in but not for a specific appt time. read more

I wish I would of read the reviews first... never have I had a gel manicure chip and after just a few days four nails chipped.. also when asking for a price was told $33 and then because I got matte gel they charged $38, fine but she could of mentioned that and it's pretty ridiculous being the matte is also just a clear coat and nothing special. Do not recommend this place at all read more

The WORST mani-pedi ever! Had an appointment - 3 of us - for spa mani/pedi. They were not staffed to accommodate. Then they don't ask what kind you want. They cut the length they want. We all left there with cuticles untrimmed and full on callouses we came in with! No jets turned on or soap in the water. On the plus side, our feet are clean and nails are polished. Do not recommend. read more

I don't know why this place has a bad rep other than maybe the color choices seem a little old / otherwise super clean and great pedicure. Hard to find a place that will take the time with the callus removal. Would definitely recommend read more

Came in for a pedicure and I am mortified at the lack of cleanliness.... my usual spot puts liners in each one of the pedicure stations...this place I didn't even see them wiped or rinsed out after use.... the lady next to me had some kind of nail fungus and they tried to use the same file on my toes I was mortified I thought it was now required for there to be a different file for each customer! Honestly horrified and praying I don't catch some kind of skin infection.... STAY AWAY! read more

Nice place with very friendly staff. I think they do great work and you don't feel like they're rushing you out the door. My sister's pedicure kept fresh for almost 3 weeks!! read more

Not all that great i went for a gel manicure and the lady did a horrible job it look so sloopy and the workers just talk abouy people and gossip not worth i ll pay$ 30 elsewhere !!! read more

This place has made a complete 180. Where consistency lacked when they opened, a new, more well-trained staff has brought this place to my go-to. Convenient salon with ultra friendly staff. Always a pleasure now. So glad I gave this place another go :) read more

The worst!!! Ran in for a quick pedicure and they were slow and very unskilled! My feet look as dry as they were when I came in! Who gets a pedicure and they don't use pumice all over your feet?! Nice and clean but if they don't get skilled labor they will not last!! my feet look like a before not an after! Never again! read more

I actually enjoy coming here. I think a few years ago it was not a nice place, but the inside now looks redone, and ask of the girls that work here are so sweet to me. They offer a huge selection of colors, including a wide range of gel colors, which I love. It's fairly clean, well lit, and fairly priced for the area. One of these days I'll get a chair massage chair with my manicure, they look great! They lost a star only because my gel polish seems to lift a little earlier than if I go to other places, but it's not a big deal. Perhaps something is different in their process. Still a fine place, and I'd go back! read more

I went in for sns power nail tips this was the worse nail job I have ever gotten don't spend your money there they do not know what they are doing read more

If there were negative stars I would give that instead. PLEASE BEWARE. I came in for a full set of tips Friday. The woman doing my nails was not paying attention, she was too busy chatting with the woman next to her. Not only did she nick my skin with the nail instruments making two of my fingers bleed, but the nails were not filed properly and VERY uneven. Although I was unhappy, I decided to at least give a little tip on my credit card when it came time to pay. The woman doing my nails rudely told me they do not take tips on cards. When I explained I had no cash she insisted I cross the tip off the line and go to the ATM down the street. I had signed and authorized for a $40 charge. When I left, I was very upset especially with the quality of my nails (my hair was getting caught under the tips at the bottom and pulling up the nail after a few minutes!). Due to this, I decided not to go to the ATM for the tip (I know it is customary to tip and I usually always do, but the experience was so awful and I have to pay to get multiple nails repaired at a different shop after not even a few days of having the nails). 6 days later I checked my bank account after it seemed a little low. THEY PUT A TIP ON MY CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! I AM FURIOUS WITH THIS "SALON". Although they did refund me the tip that they illegally and fraudulently added to my card in cash, if I never checked my account I would have never known they planned on stealing my money. I have reported this to the better business bureau however I want to warn everyone. Make sure you check your account after visiting! read more

Everyone is really nice and they do a good job. This is a new business and could use the support of our community. I have had services done there four times and it was good every time. read more

I absolutely love all these ladies at this salon. Always accommodating and take their time and your not rushed. Me and my daughter have been going for years and always a great job. The more expensive pedicure is worth the extra money for a treat for yourself. Long massages and callous remover! A+++++ read more

First time here. Got sns and walked out looking like I had globs of acrylic all over my nails. Asked to take it off and just got a sigh and justification for how they looked. So dissapointed. Never again. Extremely unprofessional. read more

Was hesitant to go back as my first time there was just an okay experience. Glad I returned. The girls are great. Had the gel nails and they came out great, lasted 3 weeks!! The only thing even with an appointed sometimes you have to wait, but it's worth it. read more

Ok, I tried this place four times for pedicures only. I was hoping they would improve eventually. Not so. I am all for supporting local businesses, but not if they give substandard service. They go through all the correct pedicure motions, but are not thorough at all. I'm not going back. read more

I definitely will not be returning to this nail salon. I payed $30 to get gel nails and was told that they would last at least 2 weeks before any chipping occurred. However, this was not the case and 2 days later they were chipping already. I also had my eyebrows waxed here and they just needed a clean up nothing too major. They are now very thin and I am very very disappointed. Never have they looked this bad. Complete waste of money. read more

I went to fill in right before christmas because I couldn't make it to my normal girl in shirley and they are just horrible. First off only two of them know how to do acrylic nails. They don't know how to do design they barley know anything. Not even painting, half my nail wasn't painted. I'm sorry but this has by far one of the worse places i've ever gotten my nails down. This place will go out of business quickly if they don't get better staff and quickly. read more

Horrible. SO slow, rude, and unprofessional. I asked for a service I'm sure they don't give often, and they were all scrambling around, trying to figure out what to do, and when they decided on a method, it was sloppy and rushed. AND they overcharged me (DOUBLE the price that was clearly on the the price board). Never going back. read more
