Let me say that I have been going to this salon for 4 plus years. They are clean and professional. The reason for this review is that I have been getting g a dip manicure for years. This year every 3 weeks when I went my nails would crack on the edges and the top looked like cracked glass after 3 days. I privately spoke with the owner but the same problem persists. Not sure if it the quality of product or the application. So I went prior to vacation. After 3 days happened again and after 4 days went to an out of town Salon to get them redone. They were perfect for 3 weeks. So sad to say I won't be going back to this salon. Ended up at a salon in Easport and it's over a week and my nails are perfect. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I honestly felt pretty ripped off after going here. They had it advertised that a Nail Fill-In was 30$+, so I got a fill-in and color change. Overall, just not my favorite set, the nails were really chunky and thick and when I went to check out, I was charged $55 (w/o tip). My sister, who got a new full acrylic set, was charged the same amount... If I had known they were going to charge that much I would've just gotten a new set. Also, one week later and three of my nails are already chipped :( read more

I have given this place so much business in that past year But have always felt like the owner was shaming me every time I walked in and I wasn't wrong. I walked into this place today and the owner Tina was body shaming me in front of the whole salon. Asking if I eat and saying I look anorexic and that I should probably eat something. Hands down, the worst mani-pedi of my life. The first tech, Mika, hovered over me while I chose a nail color and then proceeded to rush through the appointment. Her work was so sloppy it looked like I had done it myself and the manicure chipped within two hours. I came back to have it redone. The second tech, YunJi, did a much better job at painting the nails but pushed the cuticles so hard I bled. I then noticed how badly the pedicure had been done -- uneven color, polish on the cuticles and skin. Mika came over to take a look and announced it wasn't sloppy. I told her that as a customer, I was not happy with the quality. Huffing and sighing, she proceeded to redo a couple of nails, but frankly, it looked no better when I left. On top of everything else, the walls of the salon are dirty and the place looks and feels like a sweatshop. Plus, they nickel and dime you on things that are typically included in the price of a mani-pedi like putting on a top coat. A truly awful experience on all levels. read more

Worst powder dip manicure I've ever gotten. Sticky, bumpy and did not clean or cut cuticles. Lots of gunk left under my nails from not being cleaned and leftover top coat not being cleaned. Waste of money read more

I love this place. They make you feel like part of the family while giving a great mani and pedi. Prices are about average but the technicians are like city manicurists. The Spa Pedicure, with hot towels, is fabulous and the reflexology is exceptional. Parking is easy and off season there's rarely a wait. read more

Save yourself your time more then your money by not going here. Every nail polish is watered down and will chip in less then 24 hrs. I went with 3 girlfriends and all of our manicures and pedicures chipped the next day and by day 2 they looked like 3 week old manicures. The staff doesn't speak English well but knows how to take your money. I had asked for an Andersen wax and asked if I had enough hair to rip. The lady said yes and failed terribly. The next thing I knew she was tweeting my armpits. Please don't go here. There is one behind the library close by. read more

This place is no frills, but they are friendly, clean, and do a good job. I came here for the first time and felt right at home. I had a shellac manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was great and lasted a long time. However, my shellac manicure chipped and peeled away from the cuticle after 4 days. I called to see if they could fix it for me, and the owner said no problem. She fit me in and fixed it at no cost to me. I look forward to coming here as a regular client. read more

Very sweet people at this place. Make a reservation, it can fill up quickly. Very clean, a decently large amount of colors to choose from in gel and regular polish. The person working on my pedicure seemed very rushed at first, which is not comfortable for my sensitive feet, but when I began talking to her, she slowed down, and offered tips for new to help keep my toe nails healthy. I believe this place tends to the more expensive side, but sensible for the area. I would definitely return, as I have other friends who love it here! Miss Kim is lovely! read more

I regularly get my mani pedi (for the last two years since I moved here from the city) at this salon. They are accommodating. It's very clean. The past few times I have been going here and joining my girlfriend because this is where she regularly goes. I am not a extremely picky person but I do expect quality. This time when I went I was going for a manicure pedicure but only received a pedicure because I walked out on the manicure. They stuck me with a new girl that had no idea what she was doing(no uniform, casual clothes no idea what's going on) just the casual signs like no clue how to operate the chair, ice cold water on my feet, missing my nails with the buffer and so on I don't want the list to be too long. At the end I said I had to leave because I got called into work. My girlfriend was still getting her pedicure(we started at the same time) I left to pay the bill and picked up my girlfriends tab as well (she loves it there) my pedicure was the same price for a very quick and bad experience 25 dollars for mine as well as my girlfriends. At the end of the day I have to go to a different salon now because it genuinely doesn't even look like my nails are done. Maybe if they want to train people properly they should let their customers know that this person is new and because of that they will receive a half price pedicure or manicure whatever it may be. If you have a bad experience it was your choice at the end of the day to try it out and is no longer the salons fault. I am in the service industry so I am very much for the businesses but I am extremely disappointed. read more

The problem with Westhampton Nail Spa isn't with the service, environment, or materials..its the owner. She is the most obnoxious and rude owner of any establishment that I have ever met. My mother and I have been going to this nail salon for quite sometime despite her behavior because the other workers are wonderful but we have finally had it. This past weekend my mom made an appointment for me and didn't know exactly the right treatment I needed but either way we made an appointment and showed up on time. When I arrived and spoke to Kim (the owner) about the correct treatment I needed she got angry and disrespectful. She then started talking shit about me and my mother to everyone in the salon employees AND patrons right in FRONT of our faces. She kept complaining about how all her appointments would be messed up for the day. Her husband Joe, is amazing, and the reason I kept going back because he does acrylics better than anyone I know. She was so demeaning to him and continued to talk shit to him while he was doing my nails. He wasn't concerned with the extra time it would take because he wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, he's an angel for having to put up with her. She was rushing him to finish my nails but the lady whose appointment was after me still had to sit and soak the gel off her nails so there actually was no reason to rush me and make us feel worse. Its clear that she treats certain customers that come in with Chanel bags better than the loyal customers who aren't as affluent or don't wave it around at least. You can tell her employees aren't happy with her terrible jokes, loud, shrill voice and tightly wound demeanor. Not to mention the prices double on EVERYTHING in the summer because they know the demand is there. A mani pedi in winter is 30 and 58 in summer...RIDICULOUS read more
