If you get out without a glitch in their assembly line-style process, I imagine it would be beautiful. I wasn't so lucky. They denied my entire loan because I didn't provide paystubs to them from a new job. They were made aware at the onset of my pre-approval that I had a new job, wouldn't have the paystubs for 30 days for another 3 weeks or so, verified the current job, my work history, had my W2s for 2 years, and all other docs they needed for the loan. Everything else was clear, but because small details like that don't get passed along at factories, the system automatically denied my loan after a few days of not received the documents. That's poor customer service--and it's a byproduct of their loan one stop shop, ultra convenience, "warehouse" model. This would have never happened at a smaller lender, or one that is primarily operated by people and not an automated loan monster designed to sweep up the country's real estate loans with technology. Sometimes, you'll drag people under the conveyor belt in the process.
