I have some friends that don't like this place but I have been coming here for 3 plus years I always make an appointment and sometimes you have to wait sometimes you do not. If you are busy and don't care about the frills of a super nice building / seating area and just need a quick full set or gel polish ( that lasts) this is the place ! I always request to go to the guy there and he has me in and out in 35 minutes at the most! He does a great job and super nice he always meets my vibe. it's safe to say that when I relocate this spring, angel nails will be missed! read more

HORRIBLE!! My nail ripped off completely. I have always had strong nails. This is 1 day after a "manicure". I hand a another finger chip, 3 hours after the "manicure. They wanted to charge me to fix it. Not mention they didn't clean anything. Chairs, equipment, pedicure soaks tubes!! I have plenty more to complain about but you hopefully get the hint. My mom and I hat appointments at 11am I was getting gel manicure and she was getting regular pedicure. They were busy but got me I shortly after 11. I was completely finished by 11:20. It was only a gel take off and color that he did. Didn't soak my hands, didn't cut my cuticles. When I asked, he handed me the cuticle clippers. My mom was still waiting. My total was 20 dollars!! I normally pay more but I usually have MORE done during a manicure. My mom ended up canceling since they took a walk in to get nails done and didn't start her. Unbelievable. Don't bother! When making an appointment they didn't even take my name, so it's no surprise that when I showed up they didn't know I had an appointment. 20 minutes went by when they finally sat us down, and we were told it would be another 10 minutes. In this time I noticed the floor was filthy, they've NEVER cleaned the baseboards, they clean the pedicure basins with soap and water, and don't sanitize at all. The equipment is faulty. And aside from the apathetic attitude of the staff, I noticed they don't take card, only cash. This leads me to believe they probably fudge their taxes quite a bit. alright first off, while i was getting my acrylic set done, i had my phone in my lap and it started to fall so i went to grab after he put my nails in the gel dryer thinking they were pretty much dry. some small hair got attached to the nails and he didn't take it off, he painted over it. that SAME finger about a week later, grew an infection which was disgusting and very painful. when i started to take off my set, the nail on the finger where the infection was, would NOT come off. i tried aceton, vinegar, and drilling it down. Nothing fancy in presentation but service was expeditious and well done. Nina gave a wonderful leg/foot massage (35$ pedicure) and well done gel fill I was in and out in an hour. I actually had a good experience. They did a good job. It did look run down from the outside but was fine on the inside. I read the reviews about no credit cards and checked their website and it said they did so I thought they changed their policy. They did NOT. I went here for over a year. I tip very well. I come on days that arent busy (Tues/Wed noon). I always make an appt. I got so sick of being cut, having my skin filed and being treated rudely. Both of the men, younger and older, were always rude and snide. I finally had enough. I am on Coumadin and my blood was extra thin that day....he cut me twice. I finally said "oh please be careful, I have extra thin blood right now and I will bleed alot." He said: "suck it up". Then he sanded my flesh and when I jumped a little, he said: " watch tv and let me do my job". I had enough. I walked out and as I went past the female employee doing a pedicure, I said "I will NEVER come back here again!" PS I was there every 2 weeks for a fill. read more

my friend and I scheduled appointments as they request you to do. no name was taken or anything during the call. upon arrival, we walk in and say we have appointments. meanwhile, everyone working was busy doing someone else's nails so we sit and wait for at least 15-20 minutes before we are asked what service was needed and to be helped. when taking off my gel polish, only the bottom 3rd of my bright pink polish was taken off. the other 2/3rds of my nail polish was left on and was painted right over. mind you, the color I chose to replace my previous color was a lot lighter than the original color. the new color covers majority of the pink, but towards the top of the nail, it looks ombré as the pink is shown through. I had no time to even question what was going on as all of a sudden the new color was going over the old color.. honestly still in shock as every other nail place i've EVER been to has always made the effort to take off all of the previous nail polish.. The service here is terrible. Even when you make a reservation, they don't mark your name down. I showed up for a 3:45 reservation. I sat there until 4:15 until a nail tech finally opened and they called someone who had a 4:00 appt before me. They didn't even say a word to me so I left and won't be going back. Terrible do not go there for a nail service I signed up for the more expensive pedicure because it included a better callous remover I wanted two rough spots smoothed down she used her file paddle one stroke over each foot about 3 seconds unbelievable a joke I leaned forward and showed her could you go over this area and she said no no I did it ok now I didn't want to argue she didn't like her job and wants to get payed with putting forth little effort.
