So busy on a Saturday sounded like I was at an airport it was so loud. The lady that did my nails rushed me so much that I couldn't relax. My mani pedi took 30min total and every time she needed to ask/tell me something she bumped my leg which I feel is rude. They didn't put my nails in the light so I had to sit forever and when I finally left and grabbed my keys they got all messed up. Disappointing service! I'd rather pay more and not feel like I'm in a cattle drive. read more

From what i remember of their old location (by Target) it wasn't very appealing. Their new spot is gorgeous, is well laid out and is extremely inviting! I also had the pleasure of getting to interact with a lot of their staff, as I was in there as soon as they opened, and their personalities alone would keep me coming back. I mean lets be honest ladies (and gentlemen), what nail salon do you go to where you can have a full-on enjoyable conversation with your nail tech? This salon has moved to chandler blvd- right by the Pet Club. I have been here twice now and I have had the best pedi ever! Cindy has helped me both times and she is amazing! They are so sweet- polite and very professional. The salon and chairs are very clean and the ambiance is relaxing. Cindy turned on the massage chair, brought me a fresh, cold water and a pillow! The pedi itself was about 45 mins long and Cindy takes her time! My feet looked and felt amazing! Their prices are reasonable- especially considering the time Cindy took on me. read more

I've been going to Angel nails for almost 9 years. I used to go to Christine, when she sold, I went to the new owner Kevin. Imagine my surprise when I found out today that Kevin sold the shop. Since I drove up from maricopa I decided to go ahead over there. First off, if anyone reading this used to go when Christine owned it, you're going to be surprised. The new owner is Ben who used to work for Christine. He did an amazing job, did my nails exactly how I like them. It doesn't look like i have acrylic nails. Before he polished my nails he oiled my cuticles and then rub lotion into my hands. Absolutely loved the little touches to make you feel pampered. Ben's a great guy, funny and outgoing. For the most part, I have always had wonderful service here. There have been one or two times where my gel/SNS manicures chipped but the owners have been great about repairs. The place is huge, which means wait times are usually short. It's perfectly clean. They use an autoclave to sanitize their tools. The staff is friendly. read more

One of my friends recommended Angel Nails to me a year and a half ago and I am so glad she did. After searching for a nail place close to home that I liked, I am so happy I found one. Jackie is great. I get SNS manicures and she does an amazing job, I get so many compliments! They last at least 3 weeks as well and the only reason I have to get them redone are that my nails grow out. Came here because of the great reviews, went in wanting to get my two and a half week old acrylics removed and get a gel mani. I was sat down right away, the tech (I'm thinking this was Ana) looked at my nails and said they look new and seemed to have a hard time trying to figure how to take them off and eventually pried them off with a fake nail which didnt hurt but I hear that doing this rips away nail layers. After that she files my nails which still has some acrylic on them and mentions something about her kid at school. Eventually she says shes going to go pick up her kid and she will be back in a few mins and grabs her keys and bag and leaves the salon. I'm sitting there kinda surprised because she actually left me sitting there while she went to go get her kid, she didnt ask another nail tech to help me in the mean time. So as I'm sitting there I eventually get upset enough to ask to pay for just my nails being removed and another tech next to me named Ben I think said he can help me and ended up being friendly and did a great gel manicure which is why I provided a few stars for this review. Massage was annoying as I could rub lotion around and around and around and feel more massaged than what I got. Just felt my feet and they are rough - the obviously used and cheapest callus brush ever - yeah not surprised (it looked flimsy and used and guess what it was). What a waste of money and time. At least my nail Polish actually looks good so 2 stars only cuz I have actually been to worse. I wish I could find a place that was consistently good. I've been coming here for a long time! Their remodel is fantastic and they have a cool fish tank. Their service is always great and I'm seen right away for a walk-in. They also have a wide variety of colors and always offer water. I also really appreciate that they practice good hygiene by wearing gloves and using bags on the spa tub. read more

This salon does such a great job! My sister lives nearby, so I get my nails done here from time to time. They're always well staffed, which is great. I hate when you go to a salon and they tell you they can take you, only to have you wait 20 minutes because they have no one available. The color stays on really well, although I do have to say I get the gel, which generally lasts longer anyway. The staff is very friendly and seems genuinely interested in their customers, and providing quality service. I would definitely recommend! read more

I moved to Ahwatukee 7 months ago. I've been to a few of the nail salons here, with that said I really liked Angel Nails and have gone here steadily. Gel manicure twice a month and pedicure once a month. They do a good job, however in the beginning gel manicure was $25 and the last three times its been $30 for just color not French no designs just basic. I asked if they raised their prices and was told no that they charge $5 to remove old polish. This is absurd to me since I'm coming in every two weeks sometimes sooner to get a manicure. There are a bunch of shops along Chandler and I will be checking them out. It's a shame I like the girls and the shop is well decorated and clean but for the price the manicure isn't that great and doesn't always last two weeks. read more

This is the second time I have been and Jackie has done my nails. I am always concerned that when I get a gel manicure they are going to chip or peel. She is the first person that has done my nails and have not peeled or chipped in the first week or even two weeks. That is amazing considering I have my hands constantly in water seeing as I am a hair stylist. She is my nail girl for as long as she does nails! I will recommend everyone I can to her!!! read more

Angel Touch Nails is nowhere near my house but I came with my sister, who had a gift certificate, to get our nails done together. On a Saturday, there were maybe 5 people there. Also, there was no AC just a couple fans blowing around so it was really warm inside. They do give you a bottle of water so that helps cool you off a little. Somehow, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone to do my pedicure after my sisters had already started. My pedicure was very nice (hot stone) but she did not properly clip my nails. My manicure was the biggest disappointment, it started chipping after 1 day! She also made me bleed, which is never a good sign. I paid $64 (with tip) for a good pedicure and a horrible manicure. I would not return. read more
