When I phoned for an appointment I received a very professional greeting and was able to set up a time to fit my schedule. My first impression of the spa when I arrived was very pleasing and relaxing. The over all atmosphere is very stress free. The therapist, Teri, asked me what areas of my body she wanted me to focus on. I could tell she is very well trained and has a great understanding of the human body. Now they have you wait in your car, check your temperature and fill out consents for Covid19. They then lead you in to their spa and take you straight to your room (I miss the lounge area with the fire and complimentary drinks, but I totally u see stand).
