She explains all of her products and why she uses them, and how they benefit you. That is a huge difference from the mall salons I used to visit! She listened to what I wanted, made sure I was happy with how they looked before we ended our session. As a side note, her nail art is the best I have seen in our area hands down. She is very busy, so be prepared to wait for an appointment. She will not take walk-ins as she is so busy. I was able to get in within three weeks. You can book specific services and addons through her Facebook page so you are not surprised by the cost and she can book the appropriate duration.
