I have visited Hands in Harmony on two occasions during which I taught energy healing classes…read more I found the personnel to be very friendly and extremely helpful. In addition to teaching in their classroom space, my students used several of the healing rooms. Each was nicely furnished with a soothing color painted on the walls. Lovely relaxing music wafts throughout the center, and the students found that during their practice sessions they were able to deeply relax in the very nurturing environment. They also have a nice gift shop where customers can select from an array of healing crystals, aromatherapy oils, healing jewelry and more. The entire center was very clean, and quiet. I was on a very tight travel schedule and unfortunately I was unable to personally schedule a massage. However, I heard several very satisfied customers exclaim that their massage was "the Best ever!" If I am in the area again, I will be sure to schedule time for a massage.

One of the unique things: I mentioned as we met to talk about what concerns I had that I usually become quite congested when face down during a massage. Before the face down portion, she treated acupressure points near my sinuses which kept my breathing clear throughout the rest of the massage. I only realized how effective that was after I got home. This was the first massage when I didn't become uncomfortable from congestion partway through.

I was offered a weighted blanket and an eye mask which I've never had at a massage before. It was a very nice, soothing touch. I'd also been curious about reiki for awhile, so I tried it out. My mom said, "she had a nice touch and provided a great experience. It was very soothing."

She does a great job and if you don't like it, she is happy to fix it so that you do like it. Not to mention, she is fun, sweet, and bubbly which makes the entire experience enjoyable. In addition to Sarah, the rest of the staff at Le Reve is wonderful. I am always greeted friendly and by name. I am always offered a beverage or snack or anything extra to make me comfortable. I love Le Reve. I am actually moving in May and it makes me incredibly sad to be leaving such a wonderful salon. The atmosphere is great and the stylists know what they are doing.
