Stepping into total rejuvenation is a breath of fresh air. I never take time to relax. I was greeted by josh. He was upbeat and professional. He walked thru the float tank rules and gave me my privacy and left. The room had everything together which made me feel comfortable because I was worried about locker rooms. First you shower to make sure you are 100 percent clean which I appreciate. Then you jump in this tank. It's not deep and it's a lukewarm Water. I instantly float I don't sink thank god! So then I start thinking omg I'm in here for 90 mins! I close my eyes and start focusing on my third eye and goals start popping up in my head. Ok I like this this. Then beeep 90 mins is gone! I made it! You get out and shower and condition your hair. I would suggest bringing a note book , water for afterwards, and your toiletries. I feel relaxed and I'll definitely be back. Floating is an odd concept - you lay in a shallow pool of body temperature water which is full of epsom salt so there is no way you cannot not float! The hardest part about floating is calming your busy brain, once you do though you feel so relaxed and time flies by! This place opened only 6 weeks ago and you would've thought they were there forever. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and give great recommendations in regards to what type of therapy you should receive. It's VERY clean and private when you get your cryotherapy done. They have the latest cryotherapy machines that are able to emit heat as well! This is the place to go. I tried 40Drop first because they advertise everywhere but they're completely closed due to technical issues! That doesn't make me feel comfortable at all.
