My first two massages were wonderful. On the third i tried to call the Edgewood location multiple times over multiple days but only got an answering machine. I called 5-6 times. Today I drove down to the location, called the number while outside, let it ring several times, and then walked in to hear the phone ringing with the receptionist doing nothing. She was just letting the phone ring. I asked why I had to drive into the business to simply change an appointment and was met with just "I don't know". So this place won't be getting another nickel of the $25,000 I have in my HSA. Asta Lavista baby! read more

First of all I called for an appointment and was thrilled to get it the same day. I had a gift certificate for a 90 min massage. I added a foot scrub which was a great addition. Dan provided the perfect level of pressure and focused on areas with tight knots in my upper back and neck. It was the best gift ever! read more

I prepaid for all of my massages and only got around to using 2. I went to use some of the remaining massages and they won't let me use them unless I sign up to continue to pay every month for more massages I won't get around to using!! What the heck!! And talk about rudeness, the 2 massages I got were ok, not great but the front desk staff really are clueless as to how to work the computer, signing up takes forever or changing anything. They are a total scam, no wonder the parking lot is always empty. They have the staff park out front just to make it look like they get customers. True story. read more

My husband scheduled a 60 minute prenatal massage for me and I was thrilled. There is nothing I love more than going in for prenatal massages and being able to lie on my belly with the prenatal pillow. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience or massage. My appointment was at 4pm. After reviewing my intake form with the massage therapist, the actual massage began at 10 after. During the intake review she noticed I marked firm pressure and her response was "I'll do my best." She never asked how the pressure was once the massage was underway. The massage felt like someone just lightly rubbing oil on my back, lower legs and arms. It did not feel as though the therapist really knew the structure of the body/muscles at all. I honestly felt like the therapist was either scared to me. Additionally, the therapist finished and left the room at 5 till 5pm, making my massage about 45 minutes, at best. Unfortunately, I will not be back and I would not recommend for prenatal massages. read more
