From my very first phone conversation with Emmanuel, I knew I had found the right company for my yard renovation project. That instinct turned out to be absolutely correct. Every aspect of the project was completed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. Emmanuel is, without question, one of the most professional, personable, collaborative, and talented contractors I have ever worked with. Throughout the entire project, he communicated with me daily to make sure every detail was being completed exactly as I envisioned and to my complete satisfaction. He also was on-site most days to be sure that everything was being done correctly. What really impressed me was even before I signed a contract, he was committed to helping me make informed decisions. He brought samples of artificial turf, ground cover, and paver options for me to review, making the design process easy and enjoyable. His proposal was thoroughly itemized, so I knew exactly what was included and exactly what the project would cost. Even better, the final invoice matched the agreed-upon price to the penny--no surprises, no hidden charges. The entire El's Landscaping crew was outstanding. They were friendly, professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful of my property. At the end of each workday, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything neat and orderly. That level of care and professionalism is rare and greatly appreciated. The finished project exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. So once again, my advice is simple: Hire El's Landscaping. If you do, I am confident you'll be just as thrilled with the experience and the results as I am. FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! (The photos only show one part of the whole project, but you can see what an awesome job they did with the turf around my putting green and the new pathway and circular area for my bistro table and chairs.) Having moved into a house in Sun City Palm Desert in late September, we realized that the very bare back patio needed some serious attention. We met Hector in October and really liked his approach to drawing up a new look for our garden. All we had were several of the usual boxwoods, caesalpinia, and a lime tree. The new image had to be colorful so we approved the 5 yellow trumpet flower bushes because we love the hummingbirds and pollinators so much. Two additional spots would be occupied by two very generous ocotillos, always a favorite. We needed front and back faucets to be upgraded and a regular maintenance team as the spring season requires. We made a date for work to start in early December due to all of our personal commitments. The initial crew worked to rearrange the rocks in the patio area and set up the plantings. They are hard-working and knowledgeable and we appreciated the changes they made. Scheduling is easy with Hector because he responds to messages quickly and he is flexible and understands the importance of the client's needs. This past week the team arrived to prep the ground in the semi-circle of turf and to rearrange the rocks and clean up. We watched them work so hard from early morning to dusk and the results are pretty wonderful!! Should you decide to engage Hector's team you will be impressed by his obvious enthusiam for producing high quality results.

My husband and I recently decided to remodel our pool, which was 12 years old and ready for a…read morerefresh. Before moving forward, we obtained three bids, including one from Melo's Pools and two other pool companies. While Melo's quote came in between the other two, we felt confident they would work closely with us to create our dream pool. Their detailed project timeline and professionalism gave us confidence from the start. We had already selected a glass waterline tile and needed expert guidance in choosing a pool finish that would be both beautiful and durable for years to come. Our Project Manager, Joaquin, recommended that we visit the NPT showroom in Palm Desert to explore our options. Following his expert advice, we selected a Stonescapes Mini Pebble finish in an aqua-blue color that perfectly complemented our tile choice. Throughout the demolition and remodeling process, Joaquin was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. His professionalism, confidence, and attention to detail helped ease any concerns and reassured us that our project was in capable hands. The day before demolition, Gabriel from the Melo's team arrived to drain the pool. The following morning, another crew arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m. to remove the old plaster finish and ceramic tile. That same week, Melo's tile crew installed our beautiful new glass tile and worked with us to create custom accents on the spa seating area, spa steps, and pool entry steps. Once the tile work was completed, another crew arrived as scheduled to apply the new Stonescapes Mini Pebble finish. After the finish was installed and the pool was refilled, Carlos from Melo's took over the startup and curing process. For the next six weeks, Carlos visited two to three times per week to ensure the new finish cured properly and that the water chemistry remained perfectly balanced. Carlos's professionalism, friendliness, thoroughness, and expertise in pool chemistry were truly impressive. He not only maintained the pool meticulously but also took the time to teach us how to properly care for and adjust the water once the startup period was complete. Throughout the entire renovation, Joaquin and the Melo's team maintained regular communication, ensuring that we were informed every step of the way. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our newly renovated pool was delivered in perfect working order, and the results are absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with the finished product or our experience working with Melo's Pools. We highly recommend Albert Melo, Joaquin, Carlos, and the entire Melo's Pools team. We wouldn't trust any other company with our pool needs.
