I think they were always a little iffy in their service, but at least were good on the technical side, which appealed to my step-father's engineer mind. But the past three years that I've been dealing with them, has been pure frustration. I kept them because I had other things to focus on. I initially thought it was just the language barrier. But I'm now convinced that it's really that they don't care.
