As someone who's new to this, I was a bit nervous, but Niki's Christian values immediately stood out to me, which was a huge green flag. Coming from a large family in the beauty industry, I know that things don't always turn out perfectly the first time. One of my lashes didn't curl as expected, and Niki offered to send me home with a relaxer just in case I felt it was too much. Being my usual self, I declined, but I did end up needing it. Despite that, Niki went above and beyond--answering all my questions, dropping off some product at my work, and even including some unexpected thoughtful items. She was so kind, always willing to help and communicate, and reassured me that next time she'd adjust the process to better suit my lashes, as they responded too well to the product.
