Abby is amazing at piercings. And she has an amazing personality too. Will be returning for more piercings

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dan not only squeezed me in on short notice, but he wouldn't settle for anything but perfection. This meant the world to me as the tattoo I was asking for was extremely meaningful... and I too am a perfectionist! He made me feel comfortable, he made me laugh, he sang along to all the early 2000 pop songs that were playing, and he left me with a tattoo that was even better than I expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Also, Ally, who greets you at the door, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, my entire experience was excellent. read more

My wife and I both got tatted by Carli when she still worked here. She was great, tattoos are great. This review is about my experience with the new apprentice Danny. Hes great. I got one of his personal designs on my calf. Its my 7th tattoo (all medium-large sized) and I did not expect the calf to be so painful. There's a big nerve there or Im just a sissy about my legs lol. Point is Dan is super considerate about the pain. We split a probably one session tattoo into 2, and both times he let me come in on a Saturday which is not the shops normal hours. Everyone else there has always been super nice to me and my wife. It seems like a really positive atmosphere putting out quality work. I will definitely get more work from Danny. read more

I got 3rd earlobe piercings here two months ago, and the entire healing process has been hellish. Both developed pretty noticeable bumps, and no amount of care on my part got them to go down. I've had multiple piercings done in Minneapolis and I've never had this problem. I finally took them out tonight hoping that the tissue can heal up and maybe those bumps will go away. In taking them out, I noticed that the jewelry had been bent way out of shape when it was first inserted. I have my doubts that removing the piercings will get my ears back to normal, but I'm almost certain that they never would have healed if I left them in. A friend of mine got two cartilage piercings here (rook and daith) around the same time and also had to remove both of them, and if I'm being honest the placement looked obviously wrong even before they got irritated. I'm not usually one to leave a bad review, but piercings are expensive, and if they're done poorly you're essentially paying to have to deal with infections and future scarring. You deserve to go to someone with more training and more consistent results. I don't mean this as an insult to Abby (who is nice!), but I really think you should look elsewhere. read more

I recently went to their new location to get a tattoo and it went exactly like I hoped it would go. Their greeter - super friendly, very accommodating and even showed me around the new place a bit and offered me something to drink while I waited on my tattoo artist. My tattoo artist - Carli Ihde - I thought she did a phenomenal job. It was a cover-up tattoo that I had been wanting to get done for sometime. After you set up the actual tattoo appointment, she emails you about a day or two in advance to show you the design she came up with. Depending on how you feel, she'll tweak it for you and make some changes to fit exactly what you want. Overall, I was very pleased with the work she did. So happy with my new tattoo! Also, they used to be above the food court at the Fox River Mall and they switched locations now, it's not that far away from the mall. The new place is super chill, nice aesthetics. 100% recommend Colt's Timeless Tattoos read more

They did a daith piercing for me. Was very patient, thoughtful, informative, and explained what she was going to do before and thorough instructions on how to take care of and clean it after. Highly recommend! read more

Over the last 2 months I got 4 piercings. For my fourth I went here. They where extremely friendly BUT I've been here before and the others I've talked to in the past have been very rude. So it seems to be hit and miss. I would definitely go for piercings now as long as I get the same guy he rocked. I gave them 5 stars based on this specific day. read more

I have never had a tattoo but I've been considering one for years. Yesterday, I finally decided it was time. A friend recommended Colts as his daughter had been there and had a good experience. I was pleased with every aspect of this place. It was spacious, open, clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and Matt drew up the prettiest rose, which I now have on my left shoulder. Matt was accommodating the entire time he was working with me. He explained everything to me and put me entirely at ease. I am so happy with my first, last and only tattoo and I will tell you all, if this is your thing, you should try Colts Timeless Tattoos. I think they will make you smile too. read more

Matt did a couple small pieces on my fingers. While he was reluctant at first they turned out beautiful. I couldn't be happier with professionalism and kindness of the staff. The young woman at the front desk was especially helpful. Even when calling to inquire about appointment availability they were extremely friendly. I love out of state but my parents live in the area, already planning another tat for my next visit. Thanks again guys. read more

the piercer was horrible & my boyfriend got a tattoo and they messed it up . don't recommend! bad customer service!

I was extremely impressed by the level of kindness and helpfulness at Colts! The receptionist was so friendly and quick. Abby pierced my nose and she walked me through every step and was very informative and kind! I'm from Minneapolis but I will definitely make the trip back for my next piercing/tattoo! read more

I went to the mall shop and Abby was my piercer-- she was great! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have gotten other piercings before but she still let me know what she was doing, step by step, and educated me on cleaning and aftercare for my piercing. The shop also has an awesome selection of jewelry with fair prices, and all around great service! read more

Grayson was my artist. He's a super personable guy and is someone who takes all your ideas into consideration. Rates are very reasonable at 120$-150$ given the quality of work produced. Definitely give them a shot! EDIT: I went to the Appleton shop on college ave. There are two in Appleton read more

I went to the shop at the mall. Great quality tattoo, for a very reasonable price. Wouldn't go anywhere else, unless it's the College Ave shop. read more

Not that good, they are quite talented artists, yes, but their rates could be a LOT better. I was paying around $180/hr for "decent" work. Try sevensins in little chute instead. read more

My sister and I got our tattoos here together recently. Mertzy was our artist and he was great! He was so hilarious and great to talk to and did a phenomenal job with our tattoos. I got my belly button and nose pierced here. Even with fainting after getting my belly button pierced, I can say my experience was great! They were very great at taking care of me and making sure 100% I was okay before I walked out the door. read more

I've been to the one in the mall, NOT an experience I'd like to repeat. All kinds of teen-agers hanging out in front, super overpriced for the medium-quality ink I viewed in the photo albums, and Not particularly helpful, or friendly. I will Not be returning read more
