I honestly have no words to say how much my family appreciates the service we have received at 3rd Dimension. My husband got an infection in his nose after getting it pierced (badly) at a competitor's shop. He was in a lot of pain and Burt was kind enough to let us come to his shop on his day off, when it was closed, and he took it out for him. Not only that, but my daughter who has a ton of piercings done by a competitor that 3rd dimension fixed and by them. She has to get at MRI. Burt had her come in to put in glass and plastic in her newer piercings. My daughter has extreme anxiety. she feels so comfortable with him and the rest of his team. I have been to both places, De Pere and Green Bay. I went with friends both times, I had Burt be the one piercing both times. Burt is amazing at his job, he does it with ease and does it fast. When my friend passed out from getting out of the chair after getting pierced, he picked her up and gave her a juice box. He is very gentle, and lets you know beforehand. He is extremely accommodating as well, recommend it completely. Especially for first timers, and for those who aren't as new. Will be back, one hundred percent. The tattoo & piercing shop has just what I needed. I had been calling around to shops in Appleton and Green Bay, for push pin nose piercing I have. This was the only shop that type of nose ring. The staff was very nice, asked all the right questions. I forgot the guy name that does the piercing in the shop very gentle, and knowledgeable about the jewelry. The shop was very clean, and sterilize. I can't wait for the new jewelry to arrive as I would love to change weekly. Thanks for having what I needed. read more

Way to fulfill every stereotype of a Tattoo and piercing shop. Be prepared to not be walk in, be welcomed by no one and then scoffed at when you ask simple questions. I walked in with a group of four friends, all just curious about some services. We were instantly shut down and rudely told that they were booked for the day. No one offered to look at future appointments, instead we were rudely handed a business card to a different location. Being kind goes a long way, moral of the story is I won't be giving my business here. read more

I was looking through my Facebook memories for today and on 3 of them from different years I complain about having a migraine. In 2012, I complain about the migraine I've had for a week. I'm so thankful for my daith piercing. I was able to enjoy being outside in the spring and summer and have only had a couple minor headaches that went away with otc pain reliever. When I got it done Burt told me that he had heard other people say they worked but he thought it could be a placebo effect so as far as he was concerned he was making my ear look cool. Placebo or not, I have been able to enjoy each day without having pounding migraines causing me to throw up and have to lay in silence in a dark room and no longer start the morning taking 2 Alieve as preventive measures. I also have not had to refill my prescription migration meds. read more

And every last one said 3rd Dimension. A friend and I saw Chad for our tattoos. He listened perfectly to what we wanted and made adjustments while keeping what was important to us in the piece to ensure it holds up and looks it's best. They came out out PERFECT. I have several tattoos and his line work is crazy clean, shading was on point, he was professional and personable. Bert was up front when we came in, and made us incredibly welcome. Took my daughter here for ear piercing as I read that needle piercing is less painful and less traumatic than gun ear piercing. They are extremely professional- made sure I had all the proper documentation and that my daughter was calm and ready to do this. They won't do it if the child is crying and upset. Last Sunday I got my first tattoo...it was a lip tat and I was terrified. The fact that the guys there were awesome made me feel a lot better about it and when it was done and i looked in the mirror, I was blown away! They do awesome work and it turned out much better than I thought it would. Given, it is a lip tattoo and several touch ups are required..but you'll get that anywhere. I would feel safe getting any tattoo done there and recommend it to anyone! read more

I had a great experience at 3rd Dimension! I'm a middle aged professional with a few extra piercings, and I was shopping for some new jewelry. I was greeted the minute I walked in the door, even though there were other customers at the counter. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.
