Patient has to call for any follow ups and to get an explanation regarding test results. 7. Long wait period to receive test results. Overview: When I met w/ Dr. Subhani for the initial visit, she did spend a decent amount of time w/me but seemed uninterested in hearing what I had to say regarding my acne. I asked her to do a hormonal blood test and her attitude said that was a waste of time. She had already determined my hormone levels were normal because I'm not fat. But she did a blood test anyway because that was the main reason for the visit. She didn't want to give me any type of solution either for the acne. I had to ask her for antibiotics or something to start working on the problem. The blood test results took a couple weeks. The staff called and quickly stated the results are normal and hung up. I have no idea what they tested for. What did I pay for? When I called back to get more info on the test and maybe get a prescription, the staff didn't know what to go over or what to say nor would get the doc on the phone. Days later, when the doctor finally called back like I asked, she too had nothing to say and seemed hella irritated. Maybe I had to pay another $150 for her to talk. Seeing her was a total waste of money. She's just another doc. in the field for the money.

I've had knee dislocations happen many times and the last one got me to the ER. Dr Ahsan suggested that I have MPFL reconstruction and tibial tubercle osteotomy. These are very serious procedures and a complete recovery takes about a year. Dr Ahsan answered a ton of my questions with patience and positivity. I appreciate his approach because his calmness and professionalism kept me calm and focused on the result, not the surgery itself. The surgery was a success and I am recovering quickly with the help of an amazing physical therapist. 3 month out I am walking, I was able to travel twice and yesterday I went back to the gym. The surgery was a challenge for me, but I am looking forward to what's coming next. I will be able to do any workout, ride a bike and run without being worried about my knee all the time. I have absolutely no regret that I trusted Dr Ahsan with this surgery and I am thankful for everything he did for me.

Does not call you back , uses her personal e mail to receive your personal info and is rude and very hard to communicate with. The doctor may be a good doctor but I was operated on a hernia as he called it a small hernia ( it's still a surgery ) there is a normal 6 week recovery on a hernia operation and his receptionist wanted me to return to work in 6 days !!! I called and demanded at least 2 to 3 weeks recovery as I was promised during my initial visit , the receptionist would not let me talk to the doctor , she thinks she's the Doctor . I had to scream at her to let me talk to my doctor . I returned for a follow up to see Dr. Hartz (16 days ) after my surgery and told him I was still sore and sensitive in the operated area and asked him for one more week before returning to work .. he became upset and said that I am making him look bad and I've been trying to stretch this out that I needed to get back to work ??? Compleately unprofecional and rude . He repeated that he was trying to do the right thing ??? Whatever that means ! He demanded that I'd return to work 18 days after my operation . Yep, this was the practice my mom went to (back when it was Drs Lorenzini and Moran) and they delivered me. I've been seeing Dr. Simmons since I was 17 and I couldn't be happier. She's been practicing gynecology for over 20 years and she's a really great doctor. She is knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Her care really is exceptional and I can't see myself going to another doctor. I know that when I'm ready to have children (far in the future), she'll be the OBGYN that I turn to because I know I can trust her. This practice is really popular, so be sure you book appointments well in advance. They have tons of on-call hours (for any type of urgent need) and they are open late during the week (some days until 7:00 p.m.). I can't imagine going anywhere else and I hope some other women out there can experience all of the positives I've had at this office.

She actually got angry the first time I told her what I had been through with my history of menstrual issues and how each previous doc just prescribed birth control which caused further issues. My only complaint is that if you are looking to try a natural birth or even a birth plan of your own, it almost seemed like one doctor in particular (Dr. Bruneau) seemed annoyed with the idea of it. She is a great doctor and very experienced, I'm sure, but she literally rolled her eyes and laughed when I brought up that I had done some research after my 1st child and wanted to try a natural birth with my second. Obviously I read the risks and understood that complications could arise and that plan might have to change. She told me that most women that come in with a birth plan usually don't stick to them, which kind of offended me. She then also explained that they had a lot of due dates around the time I was due and I might want to schedule being induced so the doctors could plan around it. That was the exact opposite of what I wanted the second time around. I am now expecting my 3rd and although I really liked the other doctors here and they did a lot to help me feel comfortable and important, I would like to try another natural birth again but am considering a midwife service instead. It's a shame that they don't have a midwife service through their office because their staff is amazing and I really liked most other doctors there.

Rosaline was able to find two nurses to rotate and fill the gap for us - Ruth and Lady - both were absolutely fantastic! Even when neither were available for a night Rosaline found another nurse for us so we didn't go unsupported. Months later we had a day time nanny resign with less than 24 hour notice and found ourselves scrambling. We tried care.com which is where we found our first nanny (not Rosaline). That process was extremely stressful trying to reach out to people, coordinate interviews and hope they'd be available on such short notice. Rosaline to the rescue again! We texted her and the next day we met with Natacha and immediately hit it off. My wife and I were kicking ourselves for not contacting Rosaline sooner! Roseline is also extremely knowledgable when it comes to newborn care - we learned how to bathe, feed and burp, change, swaddle, comfort, what products to get for the nursery and so much more from her. Roseline was with us until the girls slept through the night (first baby 11 weeks, and second baby 10 weeks). Roseline gave us so much peace of mind during our babies' first few months and exceeded every expectation we had. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. We were hesitant to let her go, even after our daughters were sleeping through the night.
