Okay, I wish I could be more positive which I guess will be... He WAS nice & my car is cleaner then before so I'll turn my 1 star to 2 for that only...however no where near detailed more like a $60 maybe $80 job yet I paid $160, which is a lot of money for what i got. It's more then I was quoted at a 4 different places.. I'm going to try keep this short and sweet! 1.He was almost 1 hour late then said & agreed time. 2. Did a hald assed job, my husband had to point out several things, which he then offered to come back AFTER his other appointments. But with what he had left to show after 3 hours and then having to wait more time ( which then would be dark) we saw no point. 3. If this is the kind of Detail Service he gives then his prices are definitely out of the range they should be cause they are not worth $160 I myself will not recommend or use his services again. Andy is just not a good detailer he "supposably" did the swirl mark remover on my black Camaro SS but when I was watching him do it he was doing it all fucked up & in a hurry. This company is very unprofessional and will damage your vehicle. I don't recommend taking a nice vehicle to them as you will get it back damaged or dinged. Marty is the owner and although he's nice and will try to touch up the damage they caused, they will ignore you when you have to pay out of pocket for the repair. Martin is the owner and this guy knows his stuff and he doesn't leave until you are happy Case in point, he came to our shop in SFS and did our cars/trucks etc. he did my carpets and they look brand new. If only I could give negative stars. Martin was kind upon arrival and did clean my vehicle but at most of something I would pay MAYBE half of what I did for what I got. He made it seem as though he would correct my paint with removing swirls which isn't the case. After inspecting further I noticed that on all four of my rims they have been damaged and remain cloudy. After contacting him on the problem he promised he would come back out to me and attempt to fix the main issue..... I left town and told him the day I would be back and have not gotten a single response from him and at this point am very angry with the customer service and in the way things have been handled. So now I'm out 180 and times that by four with my messed up rims. read more
