We dined in for breakfast. The food was average for breakfast. We got seated right away. The service was not great. The staff had an attitude of that we were an inconvenience for them. The waitress was super rude to the table behind us when they asked what kind of toast they had. The restaurant was nice and clean and bright. Having better service may get better reviews. Being a previous waitress myself, great service goes a long way and will prolly get better reviews.

Mocha crème pie, Mario berry pie, orange juice & coffee.

Best Diner ever! My school mock trial team was in Kennewick this weekend and our group ate there for three meals. The food was delicious, including amazing hashbrowns, stuffed milkshakes, and very great drip coffee! The service was amazing. One of our students had a medical emergency and they immediately rushed to help, later assisting with another students Nausea without being asked. They were the sweetest people and took care of everyone so well. They are the perfect place for a late night breakfast as they serve breakfast all day! We loved the pie so much, especially the lemon merengue and mocha crème. Today we were served by Antonia and she was so sweet.

Does anyone understand what a diner is or do they expect a five star Michelin restaurant every time they go out? This is the question I want to ask everyone who's given bad reviews for Andy's Coffee Break. It's a diner and one of the best in our region. The menu is loaded up with classics and their take on American fare. They fill you up with dishes like a Country Haystack or a Chili Omelette. The Reuben is one of my favorites and they sure know how to make it perfect. Okay, I'll give some knock on service BUT they will make it up to you if you work with them. Don't be pushing so hard. Enjoy your meal and let it go. The service isn't that bad you have to trash them on it. And if you have an issue someone with the ownership is always around. I will continue to go and enjoy my time there with amazing food and a staff that truly cares. I challenge you to come for yourself and see how good this classic American diner is!

Look how cute they stacked the onion rings.

Took an hour for the food to arrive. Not the best customer service and they took over 45 minutes to give us our check and pay

This place is a tradition for my Highland games competitors for years…read more It is always great to come in here and feel like one of the locals, and that is what you will see here on a Saturday morning...trucks lined up and local guys standing around chit-chatting waiting for the place to open at 7AM. These are the old-timers..the ones with great stories who have known each other for decades. One guys dad was chief of police in the 20's, another couple guys went to high school in the 30's. There is even a cool older guy who will eat mustard by the spoonful and you can watch (mustard relieves cramps by the way). So yea, the atmosphere is what makes this place. The staff have ALWAYS been super friendly, the food is traditional fare for a diner..plenty and hearty. Nothing fancy here and that is the allure of it. Like you are still in small America in the 50's just having breakfast with friends and family. Visit them..watch the crowd..talk with people...and don't be afraid to get your own coffee if the staff is busy but if you do, be kind and offer to refill every ones cup.

I Food at the Roza Grill and it has always a breakfast or lunch. So I order a Chile Burger. And…read morethat where it all started. The waiter no Chile burger, we are only severing breakfast, we don't sever lunch now. And I said sense when, and she we ever have. And the next table by us next order chili fries right after us. So we order breakfast. My daughter order 1 pancake and 1 egg, and she want order bacon with pancake, She said they can't make 1 pancake that have 2 pancakes. So when her meal it had 1 pancake and 1 egg. So our got meal and I didn't. was 4 to 5 mins late and no toast. Toast came after we finish are meal. We were not happy, and I blame our waitress
