He even handled himself professionally when we had an unexpected visit from a neighbor who was checking in on the project. There is no doubt we will be using Price Land Management Solutions for future projects.

We had hydroseeding done by a different company in the past and it was nowhere near as good as the job done by J&K. We would definitely recommend them!

Everybody's equipment was breaking, and demand was so high that nobody had any time to do the work. Shawn took my call, and - while obviously overworked liked everybody else - was friendly and encouraging. He agreed to take on the job, brought in specialized equipment to break through the ice, and communicated regularly and clearly about status and timing. The price he charged was in-line with what I expected; it's his availability and willingness to make room in his schedule that stood out. Seriously: this is how you build long-term customers. Anything I find in his wheelhouse, he's the one I'm going to call.

Shawn was able to meet me for a quote (at a very reasonable price!) and had his team out that very same day to start on the project. He removed some plants, replanted new ones, translated a small tree, and mowed the lawn -- all in absolute pristine condition! Shawn is super communicative, quick to send photos of the progress of the project, and overall a great person to do business with. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for landscape or lawncare.

Curtie Mullins and his crew did ~$25K worth of work on my home doing some repairs around the house…read moreas well as deconstructing and building an enclosed deck off the first floor of my home. Mistakes will happen of course, and there were many but, when I asked a few times that they be repaired, they were addressed. However, in June 2023 when C&C was finalizing the deck, Mr. Mullins recommended that I use Ronald Owens to install gutter guards around my whole house since gutters were going to need to be replaced due to the new deck. The fee for the gutter guards was supposed to be $600 to which I agreed and included in my payment to C&C. Mr. Owens installed the guards while Mr. Mullins was working on my deck. Afterwards, each time it rained; the rain came down in a sheet of water in the front of my house despite the new gutter guards. I alerted Mr. Mullins to the issue while he was here, and he stated (without climbing on a letter and looking at the guards) that they were covered by debris falling from my trees and that he would return with a blower to remove the debris. He never returned - despite another reminder in person when they were painting my deck, two emails (starting in July 2023), 11 text messages and six photos of the gutter guards. The gutter guards are completely clear - I had perfect photos taken which I shared with Mr. Mullins hence, my pleas to fix the situation. However, he ignored by pleas for help. I have also called Mr. Owens three times, sent five text messages and sent a photo of the gutter guard showing that it is free of debris. Neither company is responding so, the gutter guards were a waste of money and time. In the event it is helpful to know these facts, I am placing them here. Thank you.
