Dr Rosenberg is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I started seeing him after having chronic UTIs and being out on antibiotics for years by other doctors. Those doctors focused on treating the inflection and not the overall issue which caused me to become resistant to several antibiotics. I was losing hope, thinking I was always going to have ongoing issues for the rest of my life (I was 24 at the time). I was more than desperate to find alternate solutions. I found him over yelp and took a chance. He took my concerns very seriously and recommended an over the counter capsule, d mannose, and a couple of in office procedures. It's been almost over 10 years since I've seen him and I haven't had any more issues at all! I am so thankful for his treatment and encouragement. You want to find doctors like him, who treat the overall issues without taking the easy way and prescribing medication as a fix all. Thank you so much for your care. read more

This man is a terrible human being and an awful physician. He is so petty that he felt the need to respond to my complaint one year later with a personal attack. He seems to think it is appropriate to use terminology like "fire" patients, which did not even occur in my experience with him. Further, I was not his patient and he continues to maintain that I was his patient. A close family member, who is now deceased, was his patient. His remarks must refer to other patients since none of the comments he has made are consistent with the situation involving my family member. It seems he is confused. Perhaps he should consult with a neurologist since he always seems confused. His comments are always appalling and thoroughly disgusting. As an example, he remarked that "he believes it is a badge of courage and honor" for him that a patient wrote vitriolic comments about him. Badge of honor? He is indeed that petty and pathetic. This man seems to have no sense of ethical responsibility. He is grossly incompetent, seemingly demented, rude, dumb, and cannot even distinguish one patient from another, or keep a patient narrative consistent. I would highly recommend avoiding this poor excuse for a physician. He should have had his license removed a long time ago. read more

The front office is so horribly mismanaged that my 85 year old father didn't even make it in to see the doctor. Not only did they spell his name wrong and get his birth date wrong when we made the appointment, making it very difficult to confirm the appointment, but then when I got him there they decided that they didn't take his supplemental insurance (United Healthcare) so we were turned away. They kept us waiting for a while before they turned us away. While we were waiting, there was another gentleman who had been seen TWICE who was having to put charges on his credit card because they had finally figured out they didn't take his insurance. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. read more

I visited Dr. Rosenberg recently to help my 2-year-old son with a relatively minor problem so it was probably not a challenge for the doctor or his staff. Everybody was nice about everything, (insurance papers--Ugh!) and the doctor was great. All smiles and clearly explained the situation and treatment, which really only took a few seconds to perform. By profession I am a Travel Nurse only spending 13 weeks working in one location then moving along. While working at Mills-Peninsula I got a kidney stone. My follow up was with Dr. Rosenberg and I can honestly say he is one of the best physicians I have the pleasure of knowing and that comes from someone who travels across the entire US! He is very knowledgeable and as someone else posted... won't sugar coat what he needs to tell you. His humor is top notch and his staff makes you feel invited. Dr Rosenberg is the best around. My wife, daughter and I have presented him with some challenging problems and he has been most resourceful. Sitting in the waiting room, I have observed the receptionist and can't say I blame them. They are put in difficult situations and can seem rude at times. Need to remember we are here to be treated and the sometimes minor inconvenience presented by the front desk staff, is minimized by the excellent treatment provided by the nursing staff and Dr. Rosenberg. Also need to applaud the billing staff. They have helpful with the insurance company billing. read more

Dr. Andy is the only reason I am not wearing a plastic bag right now. I'm very fortunate that I found him after parting company with 2 other urologists who were not controlling my bladder cancer. Andy and his staff have a way of making me feel confident and comfortable that I have selected the very best team to deal with this disease. Dr Rosenberg very personable and has a great sense of humor which makes a person feel very comfortable talking to him. At the same time he doesn't sugar coat things. If it is serious he will let you know you. And most importantly he knows his stuff! Staff is very helpful and the bookkeeper is very nice and understanding. On a side note... they have a wonderful supply of interesting and updated magazines so if you do end up waiting a little bit longer than usual (which I have to say has never happened to me before) you are kept occupied. read more

Dr Rosenberg was direct with the information I needed to know, caring about my level of understanding, and patient with my questions. Dr Rosenberg has only few minutes to spare for each visit, so my experience has been a hit or miss. But the doctor's administration staff has the most dreadful service that I have ever experienced, especially when it comes to billing related issues. I used Dr. Rosenberg 10 years ago for bladder surgery and again the following year for a check up regarding some recurring bladder issues. I was very satisfied with him. I called yesterday because I have the beginnings of a UTI and ater being told they couldn't find my records and would be regarded as a new patient I was told I can't see Dr. Rosenberg until mid Feb 2018. I could see an associate but nothing available for 10 days. After pressuring the sceduler, she said I could call today to see about cancellations. When I called I was basically told the same thing. A UTI is painful, potentially dangerous and yet the office made little attempt to help me. Much as I liked Dr. Rosenberg, if this is his staff's attitude I will find someone else. read more

This is for his physician assistant, Hibein Zhang. I saw him this morning sense Dr. Rosenberg was booked until October & I had an urgent matter come up. He is very knowledgable & personable. He does a very thorough work up from confirming information on your chart to a thorough exam & bladder ultrasound. I had some burning during & after urination which felt like a urinary tract infection, but it truned to be a small kidney stone & prostatis. He does one of the most smoothest painless rectal/prostate exam I have ever had, thoroughly coating the finger on his glove with gell which makes all the difference, which is more than AI can say for my internist. He & the staff are wonderful at expediting paperwork & requests for x-rays, ultrasounds, & prescriptions. I was prescribed Ciparofloxesin & Flowmax & can hardly wait to nip these problems in the bud. I go back in a month for a follow up with Dr. Rosenberg. So, when Dr. Rosenberg is not avalable, Hibein is the next best thing. Keep up the good work my good man. read more

Dr. Rosenberg saved my life 26 days ago. .He took on a huge challenge and saved part of my kidney he could of removed my kidney but he took the time t save it. I am grateful. He has a great personality. .he is patient and straight up. .I had a huge problem with my insurance and the billing dept needs to be more updated on computers.
