I had basic questions answered over the phone and was able to make an appointment on the next day! I even called back to switch times and this was done accordingly. The initial appointment was friendly. They are high tech from the new patient questionnaire to the final signatures. Dr. Lin was nice in looking over my xray and givingn me options on the next step to take. He gave me a minute to think over my options and the receptionist gave me a breakdown of pricing. I didnt feel pressured and this was a big big deal since these visits are usually co$$$$$tly. Once I decided my demise, Dr. Lin was very thorough in telling me what he is doing and making sure I breathe correctly during procedure. He warned me of possible pressure and pain and stayed consistent in telling me to breathe. The new office member was able to watch my extraction. The procedure was painless and done in minutes. Dr. Lin tried to show me my tooth and accidentally dropped it. Though that was a bit unsanitary the clinic overall was sanitarily comfortable to be at despite the circumstances!

They picked on the elderly when possible and think you're not paying attention while the very nice dental assistant in skin type pants walk around in front of you. They take a CT scan without you knowing what they're doing and try to charge you for it, they get very upset when you want to check with your insurance because they know it won't be covered and they can bill you. It is a nightmare from the time you walk in till you leave they tried to distract you and get very upset when you don't want a $1500 cleaning when you came in to get a free check up and cleaning that you're insurance pays for. They are being investigated now by Delta Dental for insurance Fraud and Fraud against the patient. The part of the nice behavior is just an act to relax you and get you in a vulnerable state so you might agree to something that is totally unnecessary. I have the best insurance there is and came in for a cleaning and check up and they left I left with they plan for around $3000 that I sent to my insurance and found out it's all almost totally unnecessary. The nice assistant may not be aware of what is going on, but that is hard to believe I'm 72 years old and they thought I was just an elder that they could scam and pick on, but they have been reported to several agencies already, and I will not rest until these scammers are put out of business. They just have no business ruining a honorable profession. Play do not go here!!! and if you have and it's too late blaze, check your plan for honesty and anything that they have cheated you on because they are cheaters if they were an honest business, they would try to sue me for saying all these things but they won't because they know it's true and don't wanna go near a courtroom. Hopefully they will end up in one soon anyway they truly do not deserve to be in business as far as their dental skill, it is difficult to know because they are scabbing you instead of using any skill. I know there's more than one Dentist this female one who I know is a criminal and it's possible there could be some qualified Dentist working there, but they must know what's going on. I don't see how they could not and again if I'm not telling the truth why don't you sue me please take care of people and heed the advice from myself and the dozens of other that I've read here.

I had to leave a voicemail so headed to Sparks hopeful I could get in. I got a call back within ten minutes and was told they would check with my hygienist Faith if it was a possibility and call me back. Yay I was called again and told to come in! Faith switched a patient who came in early with me and was able to take care of me, thank you for the flexibility and I promise I won't miss my next appointment! :)

They turned a simple extraction into a full session with pictures and said they wouldn't remove it but were more than wiling to try to fix it ( of course that meant more money and something she has had done before without it working correctly). But my wife refused so they sent here home in pain and referred her to a surgeon who is trying to verify if they will even help her because of the insurance I have. The original appointment was on Wednesday the 22 of April now it's the 3rd of May and she is still in a lot of pain with no hope in sight yet.

First can we just talk about how great this location is, close to midtown, middle of everything, still ample parking. Looked to be a former residential residence, the building has so much character. Upon arrival I was greeted and not too long after they sat me down and started the process. They offered a neck pillow for comfort, tv overhead with earphones if you'd like. Incredibly friendly and helpful throughout without the awkward chatter many of us are accustom too in the chair- you know the continuation of questions while they are taking care of your visit for an in and out, in and out (the instruments) type of experience. The hygienist was fantastic and walked me through some things prior to the dentist arrival. Post this, the visit was great, I shared what I hoped to accomplish in upcoming visits, etc and they were not only incredible professionally but so personable and helpful! They laid out a plan and pricing up front, no hidden costs and were helpful with the scheduling even with it being so close to the holidays! Actually looking forward to coming in for further visits and absolutely recommend for your general dentist needs to cosmetic and beyond!

And what I'm very disappointed in is the billing. They stopped taking my insurance and I have a secondary insurance to cover costs. They told me that they could bill the secondary after the primary insurance decided what they would cover. The office manager never billed my secondary, she would constantly call and text to get me to pay the difference. After three visits of "you owe us money" because they didn't bill my secondary, I was done. Cindy is very rude and snooty. She even told my husband that I still owed them $130 from a "really long time ago" when it's actually on $37. Even the voicemail saying "we've waited a long time for this" is outrageous to me. You didn't bill my insurance, you tried to get money out of ME instead.

I have had several cavities that she has been monitoring for more than 5 years, and only one of them has gotten worse and required fixing. Every other dentist I've had in the past would tell me to immediately fix my cavities (even little ones barely visible to the naked eye, if at all) and then charge me thousands of dollars. Doctor Hong taught me that good dental care can in fact inhibit the growth of existing cavities. This has proven true --- only one of the cavities I have had has gotten worse in the past several years. Why has no other dentist given me this sound advice? Instead, the other dentists have charged me thousands and thousands (and thousands) of dollars to give me fillings and fix cavities that did not need to be fixed in the first place. Doctor Hong and her staff do a fantastic job. She is very thorough, careful, and above all, trustworthy.

I am more than disappointed to have to write this review, unfortunately, I have experienced a…read moreneglect in the customer service from the office. The recent process of dental work that I have had recently has left me looking for another dental office. During my visit in September 2025, I was informed that my bridge was 'failing' and in addition I had a cavity underneath a crown, and in addition to that, an adjacent tooth had to be removed. To me, as a lay person, this sounded like a tremendous amount of work and cost. I felt the office manager or Cercek should have sat down with me and gone over various options. However, I was only given a referral to an oral surgeon for implants. Implants did not seem to be a good option for me after having an appointment with the referral dentist. Aside from the exorbitant cost, the x-ray showed that I would need a 'sinus uplift'. The oral surgeon did not even bother to discuss the fact that I have periodontal disease and how that can sometimes complicate issues and even having the implants 'fail'! On my own, I researched other options such as a partial denture. I was very disappointed that no information or options were given to me by the office. I, again, had to research on my own what would potentially be my reimbursement from the insurance company because Cercek is out of network. I only had $825 left for 2025. In 2026, the maximum reimbursement would be $1,500. Because I did the research, I decided to split the dental work that needed to be done over December 2025 and January 2026. I made an appointment for December 17, 2025 and another for the partial on January 14, 2026 shortly after the September visit. I later found out (at the 17th appointment) that a minimum of 6 weeks is required for healing. From the 17th of 2025 to the 14th 2026 is only 4 weeks! My appointment was moved up one week to the 10th of December, but even still that is not 6 weeks! From my researching, yet again, I found out that healing can take up to 3 months. The fact that the office didn't take the time to help me in scheduling is a gross neglect! Back in 2011 I had the adjacent tooth pulled, the oral surgeon packed the gum with cadaver bone and put in a couple of stiches. The tooth that Cercek pulled had bone loss, and I even asked if there would be bone filled in, and the answer was no with no explanation. No stiches either. Why would I go in for a measurement for a partial denture when my gums/mouth are not completely healed. That makes no sense. So, I called to cancel my appointment for the 14th and to relay these complaints to your office manager. I was told she was in a meeting. Did not receive a call back, so called again and was asked if I could be put on a 'brief hold', which I did. 10 minutes after being on hold, I hung up. Called back yet again and was asked 'what is a good time that the office manager could call you back.' Very, very poor customer service. And this is not even the whole story, but that would require a very very lengthy review.
