I am super frustrated with this company. I called yesterday to discuss installing a new bumper on my truck. I was told to drop it off at 930. Moved everything around to do this and when we showed up to have it installed they could not find the installer. They did not give us another date or time to come back. Horrible service and communication! brought my car here and took over 2 months to get it fixed! it came in for body work but somehow many of my engine components came missing after I picked up. I don't like to judge people but as soon as you see the owner you will see how drugs have deteriorated his mind and body. Don't bring your car here unless you want tweakers working on it. it's taken 3 1/5 weeks for a front bumper and wheel reconditioning, I was going to take my car back after hearing a buddy of mine said he had a bad experience with them but I decided to give them a chance, I dropped my car off and was told I would be contacted the next day to talk about time line and never got a call back and when I finally called they said it was gonna be another 2 weeks, when I wanted a update on my car I had to call which shouldn't be the case when they tell you they will call you giving you updates and not only that but it's common courtesy. Now 3 f****** weeks later they didn't even order one of the parts they needed to mount the bumper because the insurance didn't approve it so how are they saying there gonna fix my car if they don't have the parts they need? would've had my car done a lot faster if I did It myself, I've worked in auto body for 3 years it doesn't take this long to do a front bumper, and I get they have other customers but don't say the car will be done in a week if it's not gonna be done, wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy, honestly scared to see how my car is now gonna look read more
