We have a crab party once a month and we get our King Crab from here. It is the best we've ever gotten anywhere else.

I like that I can find exotic fruit and vegetables that aren't in my neighborhood Kroger. The…read moreoptions change with the season. I'm also happy they carry Sukary dates. They have a better taste (to me) than Medjool dates. I can eat they plain or add them to a smoothie. They're also delicious when chopped and added to salads. The prices are fair and they have an abundance of whatever is in stock. Recently, I've noticed that they put ice on some of their produce. I suppose that helps keep it fresh longer. One improvement I'd like to see is fewer gnats and removing produce that's obviously over ripe. Checking out is relatively quick. I like going early, before the crowd.

Marginal produce at the best prices around. Great selection of general groceries too. On a recent…read morevisit much of the produce went rotten pretty fast. So sharpen your eye and pick out the good stuff (or eat it quick). PROS: The veggies are pretty good here. Love the selection of fresh lettuces, peppers, potatoes, and cukes. Lots of unique Asian and African vegetables too. Love the roasted peanuts in a paper bag. Delicious bread straight from a bakery in Windsor, Canada (check the dates! It goes stale fast). Flowers, plants and other nursery items are sold at great prices outside the front entrance. CONS: I've had terrible luck with the fruit here. Pithy nectarines, hard plums, dry oranges, and forever-green bananas. They specialize in large melons. Roll the dice and pray you get a good one. Watch out for the nasty onions, rancid radishes, and squishy eggplants. Ambience is pure East side, open stalls overflowing with product, kinda tight, ramshackle and clunky but full of character. Very diverse crowd and staff. Service has always been efficient. They give senior discounts on certain days of the week.

I am so happy to have managed to get out of this Randazzo's Fresh Market on 13 Mile in Warren…read morewithout leaving with a full cart. I ran in just to get a fresh cut chef salad for later on. Mission Accomplished! My salad was huge and sold in a deep container with turkey, ham, eggs, cherry tomatoes, cheeses and ranch dressing. This is bustling and well stocked store packed with fresh options for purchase. They have a butcher shoppe, fresh seafood offerings, bakery, cheese shop, and plenty of gourmet to-go. Outdoor is also a patio area to hang out to eat your purchases. Also, they have stacked watermelons, other fruits and plants for sale. This is one of three locations. There other locations are in Macomb and Clinton Township. Note: They are open seven days a week.

Customer Beware the Bakery Supervisor has a Terrible Attitude!…read more I frequently go to the Warren Randazzo store and purchase things from the bakery, produce, deli and meat department. The woman who runs the bakery department was totally unreasonable. Today is national cannoli day and the ad read buy 1, get 1 free with a limit of 6. I purchased 1 cannoli this morning and got 1 free. I got home and tasted it and was so impressed, I went back to Randazzo to buy 4 more. I was greeted by the same woman who runs the bakery and I told her how much I enjoyed the cannoli that I came back to purchase 4 more. She snipped at me and said "you can't keep coming back to the store!" I told her that I didn't expect to drive back and forth but enjoyed the canoli so much and wanted to buy a few more. She argued with me and said that it wasn't okay to return to the store. I responded the ad didn't read there's a limit of how many times a customer can return to the store, but it did have a limit of many cannoli's I could get with the one-day special. This discussion went back and forth until I said, I don't like driving back and forth with the gas prices so high and now I know the store policy for the future. The bakery supervisor needs to take classes on how to treat a customer and not to be petty! She needs to know how to interact with the public friendly and professionally. I can't believe how petty and persistent she was. Shame on the store owner for allowing the employees to behave like this. Maybe it starts from the top, down??? I'm terribly disappointed with the attitude at the Warren Randazzo Market.
