I felt really uncomfortable, and honestly, it felt discriminatory. When she cut my hair, she barely cut anything and didn't even try to layer it as I asked. This was just for a simple haircut, but she did attempt to style it, and it barely looked touched. She kept saying it was because of my thin hair, but that just felt like an excuse. On top of that, there was a confusing payment situation--I was asked to pay twice and ended up out $100. At this point, I don't even care about getting the $50 back; What made the situation even more frustrating was that after the payment issue came up, she later claimed I had sent the money to the wrong number. Before sending any payment, I specifically asked her to verify that it was the correct number, and she confirmed that it was. It felt unfair to be blamed for a mistake after I had taken the extra step to confirm the information beforehand. I just never want to deal with this place again. I expected so much better, and I won't be returning.
