Hair was starting to look a little shaggy, so I went on the Yelp hunt for a new salon…read more Came across House of beauty. Awesome reviews, beautiful pictures. Everything Looked good... Checked them out on Facebook too, since they have no number listed on Yelp or google, reached out on FB messenger to the Business and I was connected to a lady named Stacie. She informed me that you have to set up your appointment with her through an app called StyleSeat ... It's basically a Yelp for hair, nails, waxing, eyelashes, and pretty much everything beautifying. I'm not sure if all the technicians here at HOB use this app for scheduling appointments? But the app itself even has lots of reviews and pictures too, plus Stacie gave me her Instagram to check out even more of her work, and I was sold lol.... She really has some talent! So everything is by appointment through the app only. And it's really easy to use. So my appointment date rolls around. Stacie informed me VIA text she was a little behind and if I could come 30.mins later, sure no problem. Arrived and sent her the text that I was there (since she informed me they keep the doors locked for safety reasons) and she lets me in... The place is a little house that's been transformed into a salon, and each room has its own little station, it's super cute,, fun, clean and comfortable. I loved it. And Stacie was very easy to talk to, super sweet and friendly, And she understood what I wanted, even kept asking me little details to make sure she did what I wanted too!... and I'd say she delivered! she brought my hair back to life! lol. I was so happy with her work. She has the hands of a machine when it comes to blow drying your hair, lol. I've never seen such movement with a hairbrush and blow dryer before. Haha! My experience here was so wonderful and I would very much recommend her and The House of Beauty to anyone ! Thanks again Stacie!

I only get my hair done every 6-8 months because I don't want to damage it too much. I went to Becky at this salon and it took her 8 hours to do my hair. She kept answering her phone and stressing out about her boyfriend and her kids. She then had another client come in angry and stopped doing my hair to work on hers. She then realized she left the bleach in my hair too long and my hair was completely fried, yellow and ruined! She told me "not brush it for a week" she knew my hair was going to break off if I did. She promised to do conditioning treatments for free for a week to try and help the damage she did. She then blew me off for the treatments as well. She promised my money back. $250! I called the owner, she promised to make she Becky followed through or she would fix my hair herself. I was then blocked on all social media from Becky and never heard from the owner again. Now the phone number I had is disconnected! I still have not gotten my money back and it's been 4 months! DO NOT TRUST THIS SALON!!!!

Raj is always so easy to talk to, and I always feel welcomed, even on short-notice walk-ins. If she's not there, the staff will go above and beyond to call her in for me. I've tried other lash places before, but this salon has become my go-to, especially now that I'm budgeting but still leaving room for self-care and professional maintenance. The classic eyelash extensions here are on point! They look and feel natural and last twice as long as any other application I've experienced. As an Army Medic, I'm often dirty and sweaty, and these lashes hold up remarkably well and look more natural as they shed. Raj's service has boosted my confidence and reduced my need for heavy makeup, allowing me to focus more on skincare. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality, quick, and kind service. I'll definitely be trying their waxing options next time for my eyebrows since threading isn't for me.
