His honest advice and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence, and we truly felt that he always had our best interests in mind. We were also in the process of moving to a different city, which could have made the home sale much more complicated. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and enabled us to complete the closing virtually without any issues. He was always responsive, proactive, and available whenever we needed guidance. Most importantly, he was someone we could fully trust throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy realtor. We're very grateful for all his help!

I was very impressed with Justin's engineering background, experience, passion, and reputation. A few days later, we found some desirable homesites being sold quickly. So, I called Justin; he explained thoroughly everything I asked and then drove to the sites and met the sales consultant. We soon got our favorite lot. During the homebuilding process, at each important meeting, from design selections to home inspection, Justin was very responsible and provided us with valuable advice and suggestions. From his remarkably fast speed to secure our homesite to his attention to details, he has done a truly outstanding job. We strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a house.

Overall my experience has been stressful, but Randy made what seemed like good attempts to correct things. It was just too little too late. I needed to have two stakes put in my yard to mark two boundaries/corners. They assured me they could do that within two weeks. After almost 5 weeks I still do not have my land marked. I was not informed of delays and kept being told I'd have it done today or tomorrow. The quote I was provided was among the highest but I went with them anyway because they assured me it could be done quickly. I wish I had gone with another company from the start rather than have to find a new one now, 5 weeks later.

This meant that while we have a certain amount of capital available, the legal aspects were completely new. Our assumptions about the process and difficulties were all wrong! Kevin provided a comprehensive service, putting us into to touch with other professionals to establish mortgage offers, accountancy assistance, etc. as well as setting up searches for properties for us to review. In the end we will have looked at details of well over 200 houses (we did not actually know what we wanted!) but narrowed this down to perhaps 10% of this. Kevin is very professional in his involvement, highlighting factors based upon his knowledge of the area (schools, travel times, shopping, area developments) but being respectful of our right to choose. Once we had identified the house we wished to purchase, Kevin supported this through to close. Inevitably as someone with almost no USA based credit history there were some unpleasant obstacles, but Kevin supported us, and stepped in to resolve a final critical issue. The outcome of all of this was that within 5 months of moving to the USA, from a standing start with no local credit rating, we had moved into our new home. We are confident we made the right choice for us, and it took a lot of work on our part too, but without Kevin's professionalism and engagement throughout we would not have made it

Spoke both to the Broker-In-Charge and to the person whose name was on the letters to have us removed from this postal spam. Have since received four more of these things. Their defense (of which I have a recording)? "If it has a stamp on it, a letter is perfectly legal." Charming.
