I joined him for 3 days and within those three days Beth helped us buy a home! We looked in Raleigh, Cary, and Apex but decided on a beautiful home on the outskirts of Raleigh. We loved the location and the home. She cleared her schedule for us and spent all day showing us house after house. Her knowledge was extensive. She was able to point out things we would want to take under consideration with each home (either potential problems with the home, how to properly care for it, what the neighborhoods were like, etc). She was always patient and kind, answering all my first time home buyer questions. When it came time to write an offer on a home she took lots of time explaining the paperwork and making sure we felt comfortable with the offer. She gave us resources to help with setting up the utilities, cable, etc. I really appreciated all the time she took with us as North Carolina real estate operates much differently than that of the state we previously lived in. I am so grateful for her diligence, her extensive knowledge, and her warm, friendly personality. Beth is the best!

Beth is the real deal -- and she took us thru the entire stressful process so professionally with great empathy for knowing how difficult the move would be for our family. She is the most knowledgeable and attentive agent we've met and truly pays attention to every single detail throughout the selling process. Beth has your back, and we cannot recommend her enough. We feel so fortunate to have found the right agent -- who sold our home the same day it was listed - WOW! Thank you, Beth, for your outstanding service, you'd be the one we call if we returned to NC. You're simply the greatest, and we appreciated your tremendous and meticulous support every step of our journey.

A mistake as they offered nothing additional for their 50% higher price above others for the same scope of work. Called them back multiple times and sent numerous emails afterwards for a follow up question and could not get a human on the phone and never received any sort of reply via email. I strongly urge you to stay away from these guys as customer service isn't their strong suit.

Well, not really. Most companies around here fill up months worth of their calendar at a time. I would suggest reaching out for a survey lead time even before you set your due diligence date- then add a week in case of inclimate weather. I didn't do this... I got excited & figured 3 weeks was plenty lead time for due diligence. HA! Well not here, pal. I'm so thankful & lucky to have been referred to Boundary Zone. Chris & Kellum were awesome. They really saved me & I suggest you get on their calendars ASAP. The survey is so beautiful that I think I'll frame it haha. No seriously, I learned so much about my land & am feeling confident about closing! Chris was SO responsive I can't express how refreshing it was. Price was competitive & payment was easy. Turnaround time was very impressive. I wish I could have given them less of a time crunch situation but am thankful for their efforts. It will not be forgotten!
