Dr. Burke's staff made me feel like a friend, her surgical center was akin to a luxurious resort spa, and her care and craft are second to NONE. My results are gorgeous, and when I get compliments I immediately give credit to Dr. Burke. So thankful to her, and her staff!

I chose Dr. Burke for my breast augmentation, lift, mesh placement and liposuction, spending over…read more$22,000 and driving two hours each way because I specifically wanted her as my surgeon. As a young mom, spending that amount on myself was a huge decision, and I put a tremendous amount of trust in this practice. Unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision based on how I've felt treated afterward. Only five months after surgery, I asked about exchanging my implants for a larger size. I was initially quoted $10,500, later reduced to $5,500 under local anesthesia, still including another $1,750 surgeon's fee. I offered $3,000 and then $3,750, hoping there would be some consideration for a patient who had just spent over $22,000. Both were declined and I was told $5,500 was firm. My follow-up appointments frequently felt rushed as well. Driving four hours round trip only to feel like there was barely time to discuss my concerns made the entire experience feel increasingly transactional. I expected the level of care and attention after surgery to match what I experienced while deciding to spend $22,000 with the practice. It did not. The billing process was equally frustrating. I had to specifically request an itemized receipt, and the liposuction performed during my surgery wasn't even identified on it. I only learned it was included in the facility fee after questioning why it was missing. I never expected another surgery for free. I expected transparency, reasonable consideration and to feel valued after making such a significant investment. Instead, I've been left feeling that my value as a patient dramatically changed once my original surgery was paid for. I genuinely wanted to remain Dr. Burke's patient. Instead, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. For over $22,000, countless hours of travel and the amount of trust I placed in this practice, I expected significantly better. Knowing what I know now, I would not choose this practice again--and I wish I had understood before paying how different my experience would feel afterward.

During my first visit, I was promised that my two skin tags and my mole will be removed during the same visit, which would be next time. I was also promised a whole body exam next time. During my first visit, I was also told that I did NOT need a biopsy for my mole that was going to be removed along with the two skin tags. During my actual procedure, I was told by the same doctor that promised the above that the skin tags or moles must be removed one at a time: one for each visit. Surprise! They also told me that all removed moles and skin tags must be biopsied. Which they did! So I'm gonna have to pay for what he originally told me not to worry about- it did not need a biopsy. Double surprise! After they removed my mole, they did not do my whole body skin exam. I felt quite disappointed after the visit. Most likely won't be using them again.

Additionally, the doctor didn't mention the possibility of losing normal eyelid function with my surgery and when I questioned his suggestion for fat graft he minimized my concerns. Lastly, I went for a cheek-lift and was given a printout for pre and post-op instructions for a facelift since they didn't have one for cheek-lift to give me. I was a long-time patient here and had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Patel and his…read morestaff. I felt pressured, misled, and even shoved toward a mirror, told to stand a certain way so I couldn't see poor surgical results. When I spoke up, I was told to ignore his behavior. I later found my records had been altered and learned that staff routinely lie for him. I even have text messages that support my claims. In addition, my Botox treatments here never lasted -- I was told it was because of my age, but since switching to a new injector, they now last twice as long. I also noticed that negative reviews about this practice disappear, while patients are solicited to post positive ones in exchange for free treatments. This left me feeling unsafe, disrespected, and deceived. I will be filing a complaint with the state board.

Cost: $15,000 for Abdominal and Chest Total body fat percentage shaved and trimmed off was about 4%, although according to my body scan I lost fat in my legs and arms too, probably from my increased cardio from my cut in my workouts. Occupation: Police Officer I've been working out 6 days a week since 2019. I was struggling to lose some stubborn body fat around the abdominal region and struggled with Gyno around my chest region from being a vegetarian as a child and eating a lot of soy. I sought out survey now that I was making some decent $$$. The nurse, staff, and Dr. Alford were all extremely polite, and humorous during the procedure. The actual procedure itself took about 3 hours and you're extremely medicated and loopy. Even with the medication the pain itself was probably a 6/10 and i literally felt like I was being cut open and probed. I guess at the time it sucked but biting down on a towel helped a lot but it was worth it because there are immediate results and I'm so much happier with my chest region. I feel like all my muscles I've been working for my pecs are now actually showing since all the fat there is gone. The abdominal region I think needs more time to fully heal and close up but it does certainly look a lot more leaner and V shaped. I would recommend this place, but also would recommend Xsculpt if you're a man. They have more male oriented procedures. Overall would recommend and excited to see the final results in a few months. ***Semi-graphic pictures btw*** I've never been a good photographer but you can see a much bigger difference in person. At least I can.

Dr. Bhatia and his nurses are extremely caring and genuine. I have been beyond satisfied with my experience and results and highly recommend them! I had severe cystic acne that left me with depressions in my cheeks and made me extremely self conscious when wearing makeup or being in a certain kind of light that seemed to call even more attention to my scars. As someone who has lived with acne scars for over 20 years and has tried a whole host of topical creams, fillers and even laser treatments, I was optimistic when I was referred to Dr. Bhatia by my dermatologist. When I met with Dr. Bhatia for my consultation, I could hear the confidence in his voice that I was a great candidate for subcision and filler. He explained the procedure along with the realistic expected recovery time. Additionally he laid out a plan for how to improve other skin concerns I had like my skin texture, acne flare-ups and oil production. I left hopeful that he could help make some improvements to the depressed areas on my cheeks. It is now 5 months after my subcision procedure and there aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with the results. The comments and compliments from my friends and family who've known how I've struggled with my scars make me feel even more confident about the results. In the plan Dr. Bhatia had discussed with me he felt I could improve the overall texture of my skin and start rebuilding collagen with a Mixto CO2 Fractional Laser procedure. I had that done in February and once again the procedure, recovery time and results were exactly as he described them. The great thing about the Mixto laser is that I will continue to see more improvements for the next several months. I went in recently for a check-up and some botox and decided to make an appointment to have subcision on the scars on my chin. I am looking forward to this procedure as it will finish out my journey down the acne scar recovery path, a path a year ago I never even knew existed. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Dr. Bhatia as he has really changed the way I look at myself and I finally feel confident in my appearance.
