Not to mention his personality - he is absolutely dedicated to helping you best way he can. I had a very tricky situation where I got into an accident, and my insurance policy at the time has lapsed (AAA) without my knowledge. AAA denied my claim, my AAA agent had no interest in helping me. Police report at the time of the accident could not determine fault. Other party was claiming I ran a red light, even though I did not - and, inevitable, other parties' insurance made me at fault of an accident. Other party started to look for a lawyer to sue me for "physical damages" to make some money. Thankfully, I was introduced to Oleg. He helped me every step of the way to fight this decision. He evaluated police report, reviewed communication from the other insurance company, and compiled letters for me that helped to prove that the other party was at fault, and revert the original decision of the other party's insurance. His professionalism, guidance, and understanding of the system, helped me avoid lawsuits and lawyer bills that would put the future of my entire family at risk. Oleg was on my side, guiding me in this battle every step of the way. I am in the process of transitioning to Farmers insurance now, so he can be my agent for years to come. Would give more stars if I could!

David always was very diligent with compliance related matters and was up to date on all regulations and compliance related matters related for shipment of pharmaceutical products to various states. Since he is now in the insurance business, he guided and sold two nice life insurance policies to my husband and I in September of 2020, we are truly grateful for his help and are very happy to have these policies. David is truly a very professional agent and person and never mixed his friendship with business, he presented himself with the highest integrity in dealing with my husband and I during the purchase of the life insurance policies. I/we are always happy to refer him to our colleagues and friends for insurance related services, he is simply the best.

I was very pleasantly surprised! Michael was very professional and didn't mind communicating via email for the most part as I don't like to make many personal calls at my office. I haven't had a car in ages so car insurance is a bit foreign to me. He walked me through the basics and explained all my options to me. I had the same experience as Tara H. in that I was able to save money by adding renter's insurance (one of those things you know you are supposed to have but are always too lazy to actually go out and get). Jim sat my wife and I down and answered every question in a way that made us feel comfortable and more importantly, not ignorant! It is a skill that I feel is lost on most businesses these days. About a year after setting up our life insurance we decided to look into auto insurance as well. This time we spoke with Irene in his office. Jim is good but, Irene took us under her wing like we were a couple of her own kids. I never expected this from an insurance company. They all advertise it. Few live up to it. I won't mention our previous insurance company, but suffice it to say they fell far short in service and we never saw them, so absolutely no chance of fostering a familiar relationship. Last week a buddy asked me about life insurance. I was feeling a little rusty about the differences between Term and Universal. I happened to be in the neighborhood of Jim's office so I stopped in without an appointment. This time Max helped me. Irene was busy working her magic with another family. What do you know, Max was awesome too! He sat me down, told me everything I needed to know, and I was able to explain the differences to my buddy who like me was uncomfortable about his lack of information on the subject. Now he is going to talk to them. How savvy is that! They are so good at what they do that they have me selling life insurance commission free! Phillip Mobley
