I see that you've disputed the review that I left for All Care Cleaning and that it has been…read morereported to and will be investigated by appropriate authorities whoever they are. Additionally, you are claiming that you didn't do the work and that my post is fraudulent, in error, and that I confused you with another cleaning service. You are wrong on all counts. I can assure you that my Yelp account is a legitimate account and my review is accurate and correct as written. Apparently your "detailed log of all customers, walk throughs and cleanings" is not as detailed as you claim since you have no record of the work you did at my townhouse. Attached are a copy of your flyer that you gave me and a copy of the check I wrote and gave to you. So you know I have no personal agenda to discredit your business by writing a bad review of your work. I wrote my review because you misrepresented your cleaning capability and did a unsatisfactory job when you attempted to clean my carpets. Had you done a good job that is what I would have put in my review.

Manny gave me a price of $200.00 for all that, which is exactly what I've paid in the past for the same work. Manny began about 10:00 and worked straight through till almost 3:00 pm. The walk and driveway are especially challenging because the turf holds water on the concrete and drains slowly. Therefore, silt washes back onto the concrete as fast as he washes it away. He was determined to do an excellent job and kept at it, going over the same driveway three complete times. I am pleased with the results and will hire Manny again in the future for this and other landscaping jobs. I would trust him to work in my home and yard in my absence as well.
