He doesn't usually offer warranty on this work but he was wiling to give me a warranty that we both felt was fair. As an out of area homeowner, it's difficult to manage contractors but fortunately I have a discerning tenant who keeps an eye on things and really has an interest in making sure the work was done nicely so that she has a nice home to live in.
