We then hired him to paint the interior of the whole condo. The price was fair and, again, he started when he said he would and even finished a bit early. He communicated quickly and sent pictures of the completed job. I am very satisfied not only with the work but with the way he communicated quickly and honestly. We will definitely use him again and I'd recommend him to anyone.

After I accepted his bid, he started work the next day and completed the job in about 5 days. There was a small misunderstanding on what included but we worked it out. As an out of area homeowner, it's difficult to manage contractors but fortunately I have a discerning tenant who keeps an eye on things and really has an interest in making sure the work was done nicely so that she has a nice home to live in. When the job was completed, we were happy with Tim's work. He did everything he said he would do! Although it's too early to know - I hope the paint will last me a good number of years. I am giving Tim 5 stars for his customer service and quality work.
