Callie said that she had a cancellation earlier in the day and wanted me to come in at 1:30 instead of 3:30. She said that she could still do 3:30 if I preferred. When I said no, I can't come in earlier than 3:30 she said that it's not going to work today due to a "scheduling conflict" and actually tried to blame me, saying that she made many attempts to get ahold of me sooner while I was asleep. She did not offer to reschedule. Again, I scheduled 4 days in advance online AND had to give them my credit card number in order to secure my appointment.
