I can not rave enough about our pediatrician Melissa Horton. As someone who worked in medicine and…read morehad a husband in medicine I have high expectations when it comes to our 15 month old. Dr. Horton has gone above and beyond every time we've seen her. She listens to my concerns and makes sure I know that my opinion about my sons care matters. I adore her and will keep her as fins pediatrician for his whole life if we can! I don't trust very many people with my sons care, but I trust Dr. Horton fully. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and takes her time to listen and advocate for my son. Thank you for all you do.

LIARS!!! I went to my appointment with my Dr, I was…read moreinitially there for my back problems, but also talked about getting my Prior Authorization sent to my insurance for a GLP-1 because I was 280lbs. My doctor agreed but mentioned we would discuss and go over it more on my next appointment. I figured that would be fine, and was told to make my next appointment with reception when I left. Already odd since usually the Dr will set the next appointment in the room with you. So I went to reception and was told the next available appointment wasn't for another 3 months!!! wth? Whatever, so I booked it. After leaving I was thinking, maybe I can have them send in the prior authorization before my next visit since it's 3 months out and if approved I want to get on the medication asap. So I messaged the Dr through MyChart and asked if this could be done, however it's never the actual Dr that responds it's an assistant or reception, and I was responded with "usually this is done with the Dr during the appointment". I let them know we had already discussed it during my appointment but my next one wasn't for 3 months. They responded and said they'd send it over, then about 30 minutes later was again messaged and told "your PA wasn't approved". Uhh what? How could you have sent the PA to my insurance and have already gotten back a response within an hour? That's some b.s!! They completely LIED and they never sent it over! So I went online and found a telehealth company, signed up and asked them to send the PA, 3 days later I WAS APPROVED and within the next 2 weeks had blood work completed and had my first prescription sent to my pharmacy! THEY COMPLETELY LIED ABOUT SENDING MY PA to my insurance!! What scum bags, honestly! If I hadn't thought that was fishy and went somewhere else I would have just believed my insurance didn't cover the medication EVEN THOUGH IT DID, and would never have gotten on it. This is a old review also, this happened summer of 2025, and I was on the GLP-1 for almost a year and lost 100lbs. I cancelled my future appointments here after this interaction about the PA and made a new appointment for a Primary Care Physician with Providence instead. NEVER going back to Optum again, absolute clown show!

Before moving to the Westside I had been treated by male physicians all of my life. I found the…read moreEverett Clinic and Dr. Martinez-Lemke. She has finally made me a partner in my health care. My previous health care has been good, but I never felt really in control. Dr. Martinez-Lemke gives me control and makes me feel heard. I love the Everett Clinic, and Dr. Martinez-Lemke in particular. I would recommend her to anyone I love.

I am a caregiver for my disabled friend, and I have been taking him to Dr. Martinez-Lemke since (I…read morebelieve) 2009. Dr. ML is beyond wonderful. My friend is a high maintenance patient - he's been described as a medical nightmare - but Dr. ML goes above and beyond to give him the very best health care possible. She is always super attentive, very concerned and involved, and she and her staff can be counted in all circumstances. Dr. ML and the Everett Clinic staff are extremely approachable and are responsive to all of my concerns, requests, etc. I could not ask for a better medical team for my friend, and I regret that he is on federal aid so the clinic only collects a fraction of the usual rate for his treatment. Naturally, this does not matter to Dr. ML, and she cares for my friend as thoroughly and compassionately as she does her patients with better insurance. She is an excellent doctor who continuously amazes us with her level of expertise. Countless times my friend has told her his symptoms and she will say, "I'm going to test you for _________." Sure enough, she's usually right! I admire Dr. ML so much that I've become her patient myself. I couldn't be happier with my care! My only (very) minor complaint is that Dr. ML sometimes runs behind schedule. This is hardly surprising, considering the high level of care she provides to her patients. If she gives everybody the time and attention she gives my friend and I, I'm surprised she ever makes home at night!

I have never felt more comfortable with my health plan and am in the best shape of my life dispute a few health issues she is helping me manage through. Her authenticity and humbleness is something I have never experienced before in a doctor. Highly recommend for everyone if you want a Dr. that truly listens and cares.

For the most part, all the doctors that we've seen have been amazing, the exceptions being a few times that my children's visits were not recorded correctly and still have yet to be fixed even though I still have the documentation from those visits. Before they became Stay Well Family Medicine and moved to Colby, they were on Broadway and their support staff were always warm and friendly, responsive to patient questions and concerns, and proactive at problem-solving any issues brought to their attention. Now, however, since they've become Stay Well Family Medicine, their support staff leaves an immense amount of quality customer service to be desired. Case in point: I logged into our patient portal through Charm yesterday to double check my children's appointment times for their well-child checks, and noticed that my daughter's name was spelled incorrectly, and it was not reflecting that she's been seen since 2019. So I called, which happened to be after hours, and left a voicemail with my concerns, asking about the issue that I noticed. I received a call back today from their front desk lady, I don't recall her name. But by the sound of her voice, she's the regular receptionist for them. She let me know that on her side she can see that my daughter has an appointment and wasn't sure why I can't see it on my side and proceeded to tell me that I need to call Charm to ask them why. I respectfully voiced my concern about asking the patient to call on an issue that has to do with their tech since I've worked at a health clinic before it is never the patient's responsibility to call tech-support to ask about a tech issue, that it is the clinic's responsibility to do (please bare in mind, I was truly kind, not just a perspective thing: calm voice, kind words, didn't raise my tone. Since I've been on the other side, I get communication with a disgruntled patient/parent can be challenging, so I was as gentle as I could be with my concerns). I acknowledged to her that I understand it's not her fault but I would request that they look into it please and let me know what's going on - if there was some kind of an issue with the records not being uploaded into my daughters chart. I voiced concern about not seeing her records and that s been an issue in the past too. I didn't even get the chance to ask her about the spelling of the name before the receptionist cut me off saying it wasn't their job to do it and passed me off to a doctor because she got so frustrated with the conversation with me. I then spoke to Dr. blow who looked into it - turns out it was the spelling of my daughter's name. Dr Blow sent me a new link to get the problem fixed, which was thankfully an easy resolution. I thanked her and said I appreciate that she helped me problem solve through it. and also attempted to acknowledge again that I understood it wasn't her receptionist's fault this happened, however I don't feel that it was my responsibility to have to call Charm to fix it. Dr Blow then proceeded to snap at me that "not everybody has the same tech talents as other people and so it doesn't fall to them to problem solve tech-support, that's the patient's responsibility" and then she wouldn't even let me talk after that and said "well, we'll see you next Tuesday. Thanks so much for calling. Have a great day, bye." I was dumbfounded. Unfortunately even though we love the doctor that we normally see, Dr. Sambrano, and have been seeing her for several years now, based on this experience, which has been horrible, it seems like we're going to end up having to find a different naturopathic clinic to go to. If they can fix their customer service Issues this would be a great clinic to be seen at. Sadly, with the current way they're treating patients, I can't recommend it any longer to family and friends.
