At 1:57 I received a text from them stating that not only did he not bring a ladder, he also did not bring any shutter samples so he would "send me an email this afternoon detailing our shutter offering along with a pre quote based on the window in your photo if that's okay with you." --- big shock, never rec'd that email. They had to add supporting structure inside the soffit and everything went back together so that it was impossible to know that the soffit covering had to be removed and reinstalled. Everything was completed within 3-4 hours and the cleanup was complete with nothing left for me to do except to start enjoying my new awning. I am thrilled with everything about the awning from its engineering, appearance, and price.
