Later we have had them install modern, roll-up, sun screen shades on most of out windows, including room darkeners in our primary bedroom. It took three months to get him out here to look at the blinds. Then it took another two months to get him over as he held my blinds for a month in his garage, I have the receipt of when he got the blinds February 12. To put up the replacement blinds that were warranty there were six blinds. He came and installed the six replacement blinds took them down five down but he didn't take down the six blind. Glenn put the six blind on the windowsill. Left the old one up there & left. We've called him immediately after he left didn't pick the phone up explained that he had one more Blind to fix . I texted him twice and my husband text him to no avail.. Overpriced quality zero workmanship. I do not recommend him at all. Now my husband has to put up this blind. He didn't put up and removed and throw away the old Blind and by the way he charged us $240 and didn't finish the job and these were lifetime guarantee blinds. No response is unacceptable!
