They worked great as a team. I guess there was some confusion about the bill. I had assumed that because the company had my card numbers it would had been automatically billed. I received a call from a staff member about payment. He was kind enough to tell me about a percentage increase when using a credit card and explained how I was able to pay the bill using a different method. They sent me a link and payment was made in the same hour. I just wish I was told about this before, It would had saved a lot of confusion. Next time I will just pay the service guys cash and save an future confusion.

We contracted Lafferty to enclose the entry area of our townhome with a custom screen door. The…read morefinished product initially looked great. Unfortunately, when we began having problems with the door not closing properly and our experience with Lafferty's customer service was extremely disappointing. Because we were outside the warranty period, we were required to pay a $75 service fee just to schedule an appointment. After several follow-up calls and waiting a couple of weeks, a technician finally came out. He installed a new plunger and left. Upon returning home we discovered the door was actually worse than it had been before the service visit. It now drags on our newly installed pavers and only closes about halfway. We have followed up with Lafferty multiple times and have provided photos and video clearly showing the problem. Despite this, more than a month later, they have still refused to send someone back to inspect the issue or correct the workmanship. Our experience has been very disappointing. While the initial installation looked good, the lack of follow-up and customer service has been unacceptable. When you hire a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and make a reasonable effort to resolve problems when they arise. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not use Lafferty again. We have also shared our experience with others in our development so they can make an informed decision before hiring them.

They did a great job on those repairs. They also included a 1 Year Warranty on their work. I noticed at 11 1/2 months later there were new rust stains coming back on trim. I called Todd Thomas to request a warranty claim. I was not sure what to expect. But foreman Larry contacted me and came out the same week. He had Brendan with him and they walked our front entrance and repaired the 10 pillars that had new rust stains in some corners as well pained the trim on all tensing pillars. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend Todd Thomas company. They do great work and stand behind their product. Great job today. Much appreciated

Didn't get anything done by them as they're apparently too busy to call back and send a quote…read more 1st time I called on a Sunday and left a message. That's expected it will be close so I left a voicemail. After 1 week I didn't get a response back to my voicemail so I called back 8 days later and the lady on the phone was apologetic but pretended like she didn't get a message. Everything is fine and she took my info this time. It took 3 weeks before someone could come give me a quote. They were nice to call the day before I was going to get the quote. I talked to the tech who came out an measured the house. we talked about doing the back lot and he said he needed the survey. I told him it would be a long time before I dug that out and that he would do a multi-quote where the house is one and we could do the lot later. It's been almost 3 weeks since he is coming to my house and no quote was ever sent and no contact was ever made. He even promised me he would email me a phone number and a quote and even promised me he would text me and email address where I can send a copy of the land survey too which she never did that either. So I sat here and waited 3 weeks to find out how much it would cost to have my yard fenced in. Shocking! Nothing, no communications, no quotes, nothing! This is what they did from the get-go, I should have stayed with my instincts and not call them back but I like to give people a fair try as I know it can be tough. Poor customer service, no response, no quote. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some changes. Saddly, my interactions are very typical. These two people I have interacted with I've probably lost my business in this company and I will know steer everybody away from profence.

Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well.
