Sunday July 6th, We loved it so much on the 4th..we had to…read morecome back again..This pool is not crowded like the ones in Nashville..so it is worth the drive. We really enjoy the pool and the park. NOTES from our July 4th trip: Great place to go swimming... On Friday Fourth of July..Tony, Noel and I packed a picnic lunch in the cooler and headed out for some fun..We went to Cedar of Lebanon State Park (free to enjoy) and entered to the swimming pool area. A great price of only $4 per person. $2 if you are a camper. The pool area is nice and large with plenty of room to move around and layout. There is NO concession area here but you can bring in your own cooler. Food has to be eaten in a certain area where there is picnic tables available. But you can bring in drinks (plastic bottle only) and drink by your area, some people were snacking on chips and fruit..so I guess that is okay..no one stopped them.. You can smoke but outside of the gated pool area only. You get a hand stamp to get in and out. Also you can leave and come back the same day with the hand stamp which is good..so if you want to go eat and come back to swim some more. The hours are Wednesday thru Sunday 10:30 to 7pm..Closed on Monday and Tuesday.. What I really liked about the pool area is that it is NOT that crowded. The swimming pool itself is really large and there is a diving board..I really liked this pool area. You can bring floats and water toys and bring your own lounge chairs which is really nice. Every hour they have a pool check with a 15 minute break which is good too...keeps every safe and kids under control. The staff was nice and lifeguards young but doing their jobs also a plus..I will definitely go here again.. After we left the pool area we went to the picnic area down the park road a bit and had a cook out. Where we enjoyed a nice semi shaded area and we grilled out hotdogs and hamburgers enjoying some homemade potato salad and baked beans..A great day.. A great holiday and if you are on a BUDGET like I am ALWAYS...only $12 for the fun for a family of 3...Awesome day!!!

The entire facility has a sweet environment with super helpful staff and respectful gym members. The pool is fun, and the little library inside is cute! It is fairly simple, nothing too advanced and all of the machines are very well maintained. There is only one of each kind of machine, except for benches, which causes short waits when the gym is busy. Several full sets of dumbells are available. There are about 8 treadmills, plus elliptical, rowing and biking machines! There are two gyms, a larger one and a smaller one that can be used for basketball or volleyball. A nice pool area has a wading pool, a lap pool and a water slide for the small people. There is a game room with electronic as well as other games. I have not used it, but they also have a small library and a theater! The link has the latest fees, but it cost me $3 for a day pass and I can also use the gym at Sports.com for the day. What a deal!

This was such a bad experience. We had a party reservation for 12pm and arrived 25 minutes early…read more We knew we wouldn't be able to set up until 15 minutes ahead of the party time, so I wanted to check in and see if anything was needed and where we would be setting up once the time came. No one was at the front desk and there was a note to call a number if no one was available. I called, no answer. At 20 minutes until start time I went in when I saw someone working the desk. I spoke with her and she advised it was her first time working a party and she wasn't sure of the procedure. She walked me to an area and said I think this is where you'll be. I asked if we could set up at the tables and she said she didn't know. The bathroom was locked she said she would have to check and see how to get in. She said everyone there needed to fill out a waiver. I asked if just the swimmers should do that and their parents. She said every person in the building needed one. I said typically a waiver of liability is just for the swimmers or participants and she said "don't be difficult about it - I was told everyone needed them so just fill them out". She then walked away. Ad guests began to arrive she advised everyone should rinse before entering the pool. The kids did and one jumped in. It was 11:53 and the party was scheduled from 12-2. She said everyone out of the pool - it's not your party time yet. We had them get out and wait. The lady then advised she was also doing therapy in another area and was working double duty and went to another room. The toilet in the restroom looked rotten and guests were not able to use it. I messaged the owner and asked for a call back. I advised of the difficulty we'd had and my frustration. He said, "I'm sorry for the hiccup- I thought she'd be smoother than that". He said it was a hectic weekend bc of the holiday and many people were out of town. We had no more contact with the woman from check in until she showed back up while my daughter was opening gifts at 1:44 and said the next party had already arrived so we needed to be sure we wrapped up soon and were out by 2. The kids swam and had fun regardless - because they're kids, but this was so stressful and miserable as the parent and party host. We will never, ever return to this business. If you're on the fence about planning a party here- don't waste your time or money.

There wasn't and we were welcomed in. Fast forward to today and my daughter is 6 or so lessons in with Kelsey doing 1 on 1. The confidence my daughter has in the pool is remarkable and that's because she trusts Kelsey 100%. There's something about Kelsey that is relaxing and reassuring, she truly has a gift of presence. My daughter has extreme attachment to mom and I but she goes running to Kelsey lol. If Kelsey decided one day to start teaching chess I'd sign up our daughter because thats the kind of teacher she is.

Parking appears to be adequate but always very full. Entrance and exit is a single option off of Commonwealth Drive (cutting through to the adjacent elementary school is blocked off for safety reasons).

I can only speak to their pickleball courts, but we've had a great time…read moreusing this facility to dink around on the weekends - especially since there aren't many actual pickleball courts around Nashville. You can sometimes walk in and grab a court ... but we've found it's much smoother to call ahead and make a reservation in advance. If you're not a member, you can reserve courts three days in advance for around $8 an hour. You pay per court, not per person, which is a great deal if you're playing 2 on 2. Everyone we've spoken to at the front desk has been friendly and helpful! The Sportsplex also offers pickleball clinics and open play opportunities. We haven't tried either of these - but they seem to be well-organized! Like some other reviewers mention, the parking can be a bit tricky if there's some sort of tournament going on. If you're worried about the facilities being busy, I recommend calling ahead to see what they have planned for the day. you'd like to play.

Nothing too fancy but for the price it's a great deal. I also like the fact that all the other locations are included in the membership. The people working are always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions you may have. The facility is clean and every time I come it never seems overly crowded. I come here specifically for the group classes. I mainly take Yoga, Barre and Iron Bodies but have loved every other one that I have tried. I do wish they offered more classes (especially Barre) but it's a small town and limited classes are to be expected. I'm just happy I don't have to drive 30mins to workout. :-)
