After 5 surgeries I am finally home and working with DOT to get full use of my arm back. Madison in the front office was very easy to talk to and she knew exactly what to say to put me at ease and know what to expect each step of the way. The physical therapists have been amazing and even able to come to me in my home when I haven't been able to get to the clinic. From start to finish I've had a great experience and would highly recommend DOT for help with recovering from surgery, injury and to prevent falls like I have.

I also love that they use every modality possible to get in touch with their patients. I had phone calls, texts, even emails come to me to make sure I was well aware of what was going on with their work flow and that I had not been forgotten about. I also love their online check in option. They just texted me a link and I was able to check in that way. So simple! I appreciate how they efficiently worked and worked around the COVID19 issues. Having us drive up to check in, wait in our car, and they called us when it was time to enter the building. The inside is so nice, although I didn't see too much of it, as I came in through a side door and was immediately escorted to my exam room. My room was beautiful though. And it wasn't freezing cold in there which I appreciated as well. I felt comfortable through the whole thing. The staff was all wonderful. Very weet and answered all of my questions. I never felt like a question was dumb to them. They were always happy to reexplain things I wasn't quite sure of. Woke up to my dog puking and pooping blood all over the house, and an emergency vet appointment was needed. There was no way I could make a 9am appointment and called to reschedule. Was told that I would be charged $50 for not giving 24 hours' notice. I hadn't even had the appointment for 24 hours, so that is a ridiculous statement. They said I am being charged because I canceled another appointment in 2022....2 years ago. I really enjoyed Dr. Porter, but not this practice. I understand that people are flaky and don't show up for appointments. However, there is also something called common courtesy for those of us who are legitimately dealing with a crisis. I've got a $250 vet bill from yesterday and now another bill for nothing. Update: I received a phone call that the fee was being waived, and the woman even asked how my dog was. Someone also responded to my review, saying they would waive the fee. However, I have now received a 2nd bill for a "no show fee" of $50. And the kicker is there isn't even a phone number for me to contact someone. It is literally 000-000-0000. WOW!

Appointment making was fairly easy and straight forward. I called in and was able to choose my date and time. For my first visit, I saw Dr. Vish who actually saw evidence of the broken bone in my back and suggested deeper scans. I returned a handful of times afterwards and saw Dr. Vish. He was polite, straight-forward, and the adjustments felt good. My interactions with Dr. Nguyen were different. He came across like a used car salesman always trying to upsell me. Essentially my visits were out-of-pocket as I waited for insurance to pay me back. The bills were never what was communicated to me in the office and it became clear to me that while I liked Dr. Vish, I could not continue to visit because of Dr. Nguyen.
