Dr. Golomb is the best at explaining everything and has a wonderful bedside manor. Very Knowledgeable and caring, I have even received calls after hours to give me information. The staff are friendly, kind and patient. Almost like family. They are now Riverchase Dermatology but still the same impeccable service. Also, the office is closed on Friday but not a biggy for me. So if you are in Pinellas County and need a dermatologist this is the place to go.

He saw me several times after that for other issues, including full body scans, and never mentioned the lesion again. A plastic surgeon whom I saw in August 2021 on an unrelated issue was alarmed when he saw the lesion and warned me to have it biopsied right away. Having lost faith in Dr. Golomb, I saw another dermatologist who did the biopsy and subsequently diagnosed me with a large basal cell tumor. He removed it using Mohs surgery and performed the associated reconstructive surgery. However, I will still have permanent scars due to Dr Golomb's failure to diagnose me in a timely fashion, allowing the tumor to grow large. He is obviously incompetent and should be barred from practicing. I would give him NEGATIVE stars if this rating system permitted it. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!

Went back today to have a squamous cell carcinoma removed - easily, painlessly, and quickly removed…read moreby Dr Soe's staff - all super professional! Michelle and Jamie, the two ladies at front registration desk are fantastic as well! It seemed (to me) to be a briskly busy Friday, but they controlled everything with grace and perfect aplomb - there were even a couple of ancient patients (like me!) who needed some help with the newer registration technology, and Michelle was so very helpful, patient, kind, and sweet! - just as Jamie was last week when I was the newbie! Again, a most impressive visit for me, and I'll continue to strongly recommend this office - and, ladies, I sure hope that I got your names right!!

I went to this office because I was getting unexplained spots on my skin and wanted answers about…read morewhat was causing them. At my first appointment, I paid the initial consultation fee, but they were unable to determine the cause of the problem. At a follow-up appointment, I was told they still could not identify the issue and that a biopsy would be necessary. I paid for the biopsy, which cost over $100. Later, I underwent another biopsy and paid another fee of over $100. When I returned to receive my results, I was charged an additional fee of approximately $90. However, even after all of these appointments and charges, I still felt that I was not given clear information about what was going on. Several weeks later, I received a separate bill from the outside laboratory that analyzed the biopsy samples. The laboratory is now charging me an additional $490. At no point was I informed that I would receive a separate bill or incur additional charges from a third-party laboratory. I called the office to discuss the situation and find out what could be done. I was told that the bill was not their responsibility and that it was my responsibility to pay it. I explained that I had never been informed that there would be an additional charge from an outside laboratory. Their response was that, according to their records, I should have been told. However, I was not told. When I became upset and tried to explain my concerns, I was told they were ending the call, and the conversation was terminated. I am frustrated because I was never properly informed about these additional costs and feel that I should have been given clear notice before any services were performed that would result in a separate $490 bill.

I've been getting xeomin here with Dr. Mira for just over 4 years now which honestly says a lot…read morebecause I'm not someone who trusts just anyone with my face. She somehow manages to keep me looking refreshed and lifted. I caught Dr Mira off guard at my last visit when I told her I was ready to mix it up and throw some filler into the mix. We discussed what I was looking for and a realistic and affordable way to achieve those results. I said make me so hot that these guys start leaving their wives she said say less. We did Radiesse to sharpen and contour my jawline so it looks like it can cut glass but in a feminine way and also added half a syringe of Juvederm Volbella filler to my lips for volume and those pesky lines. To top it off Dr Mira did Xeomin for my TMJ, little brow lift and my neferetitis. let me tell you GIRLLLLLL Dr Mira ATE with suggesting adding nefretiti xeomin, that + radiesse = flooded DMs and heads turning every time I walk into a room. I am really happy I found Dr Mira when I moved here a few years ago. She is honest, incredibly talented, affordable, and keeps me looking natural. How natural are my results you ask? Well, my highly critical mother and sister obviously noticed but they actually complimented me! Lastly, I love that Golden Glow carries all my favorite skincare brands. Thank you, Dr. Mira for the confidence boost!

Then got called for payment the day before, stating they would cancel the appointment if unable to complete that within 24 hours of the notice. What? OK, not what I understood about a credit card being authorized with those forms, but sure. By the way, can I get a copy of the service detail or included expectations with what I'm paying for? Very uncharacteristic of an invoice or bill containing items of value to not be delivered. Have not been to this place, seen the facility, met a person, or most of all - speak to the service and digest included with what (I think) I'm looking for. Felt pretty awful like a shakedown for being self-pay, when I did all the steps, filled out the forms, and authorized my payment on the portal. Asked 3X for the invoice/Bill copy I was making payment for, to no avail. Two transfers later, my appointment gets canceled by a "manager", and my promise, for a callback from administration went unanswered. I followed up the next business day and a transfer later I was narrated a very entitled remark from Harvey stating to choose an alternate provider. They didn't want to hear any feedback about the original outbound call, and made reference to nothing other than the escalations transfer request. Very clear clique protect protecting their own behaviors instead of taking feedback and showing compassion. Only not leaving a 1* because the workflow systems and appeal were both there, but the people and the professionalism were not. Great job, listening to audio recordings and not being able to get any feedback or understanding from timelines, milestones completed, and compassion. Zero stars to you.

I'm a patient. I had an appt on 12/16/25, I was suppose to be seeing Dr Hanrahan on that day,…read moreinstead they assigned Dr Vishal Panchal. He told me that Dr Hanrahan is retiring in 09/2026 and only comes in 2 days a week. What was I suppose to do? So, of course I accepted Dr Vishal Panchal. He knows me 5 minutes and dictates how I should be living my life. I'm 70 years old. I listened to him and then I shutdown after his 10 minute speech... Let me start with my blood test results. The test result shows I have a urinary issue. At that time I had no symptoms, so he wouldn't prescribe anything to clear it up. Big mistake. I had symptoms about two weeks later. I called the office and the message said contact my pharmacy and I did. I had to call the office again because they hadn't responded to CVS. I never got that prescription and I ended up getting an over the counter solution...That's not the worst. The worst is I have been on Rosuvastatin Calcium 10mg for 90 days per my insurance company because it's a maintenance drug. Dr Hanrahan personally prescribed the medication for my high cholesterol years ago. It's due to be refilled with -0- refills left. I contacted CVS so they can contact Dr Hanrahan's office and again no response from her office to CVS. Then, finally they gave me a 30 day supply with no refills...Yesterday, Thursday, March 26, 2026 CVS sent me a text and an email informing me that, "your prescriber has not responded to approve a 3-month supply for Rosuvastatin and that I need to call my prescriber. I need that prescription. I have a 3 pills left and then what. Dr Hanrahan what has happened to you. You ignore my request, you ignore CVS request. What do I do now??? What do I do in three days??? Let me tell you what I've tried to do. I found a new primary care Doctor. Unfortunately, I can't get a new patient appt until July 15, 2026 which I scheduled. I tried to get my medical records on your patient portal, however, it doesn't recognize me as a patient... In three days, I will suddenly be off of my Rosuvastatin Calcium 10 mg, prescribed by you. You and the other two Doctor's, in your, yes still your office until Sept 2026, should be ashamed of yourself for not prescribing a much, needed medicine. I'm 70 years old and should not be in this shameful situation. Shame on you and your practice.

I had cervical spine surgery from a…read morespine institute that left me with severe nerve damage in what was my good arm, then severe chronic pain in my facet joints to the point I could not walk without it rubbing raw or turn my head. I had been a patient of Dr Hanrahan for 10 years at this point. After dealing with the neck pain for 2 years and being at the end of my witts asking for someone to help me. I asked her about disability and she yelled at me and said "we have nothing to do with that" and told me I "5 minutes too much of her time" and slammed the door while I was litterally in tears. Doctors are supposed to help and support you but she would not even recommend any specialist or document my problems when documentation is needed for any disability review. I lost my long standing career as an engineer and I lost everything trying to live on 19K a year from early 401K withdrawls. This woman should be ashamed of herself for the way she treated me.
