Absolutely recommend!! I've had Miss Jenn do my wrinkle relaxer and filler injections for the last year (only one to ever inject me)- she is amazing- she has helped my droopy mouth area so much! When I spoke to Miss Jenn of my interest in eye surgery she listen to my concerns, understood, and let my advisor know so I could get all the information. I am 24 hours from my brow lift and upper eye lids surgery. I feel fine- actually feel noramal unless I look in the mirror - I'm red and swollen but no pain, just running eyes. I went with Dr. Abby McEwen and could not be happier! She has a gentle touch, checks with you through the whole process, Will explain things to you as she goes if you wish, and makes sure that before you get up she's happy with her "lines" - honestly that was the best feeling knowing it had to be perfect to her! Jaimie was my surgical tech and she was amazing and very informative of what I needed to do during recover with a simple "call us if anything concerns you!" She's funny too so that helped my nerves, I have severe anxiety so that comfort and understanding is priceless when doing surgery. As I stated Before making this decision I spoke with my care advisor- I can understand some restrictions with this, I personally do not mind speaking with someone who has knowledge, experience with every patient (and themselves! Yes! ask your care advisor they too have treatments soo first hand knowledge is the best!) and I was able to get pricing before meeting the doctor so I could decide. Before committing I was offered to attend a seminar to hear and see testimonies from other patients and meet the doctors! Dr. Rich is fabulous so I can only imagine that he's educated surgeons to his standards we've all known and to love about his name and results! I WAS RIGHT! Dr. Abby is fantastic. Highly recommend! My hooded heavy eyelids are hereditary so for insurance to cover I had to wait until my vision was effected, thankful for surgeons at Imagelift to help with areas without the restrictions of insurance! Sent for Botox. After I got there they told me they ran out. Also the fact that I just went for that I had to go through a grueling sit down with a staff member going over all the services they offer even though that was not my interest. When I finally saw the doctor after 2 hours that is when they told me they would use a different neurotoxin because of no Botox. Listen to my concerns and respond immediately with solutions. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If they're not sure, they consult with their colleagues. Once in error I called the emergency line but the Surgeon immediately returned my called. Good criticism is I did not see a video for surgical wrap in the documentation and neither received a link from tech. The Surgeon sent to me. Other than that, truly Amazing that in 11 days, yes 11 days I was looking good and went for a walk. I followed all their instructions to the tee. The Staff and Surgeon are Super! This was my first time ever get anything done, and it was an amazing experience! I decided to do the Lip Flip special with my best friend, and I have ZERO regrets. Kaitlyn was very professional and helped calm my nervous before giving me the Botox injections. She did two little pokes on each side of my mouth, and then one poke in the middle of my bottom lip. Excited about the option of a facelift under local anesthesia but disappointed by the process. The initial virtual consultation was handled by a "patient care advisor". The advisor was knowledgeable, kind and personable. I, however, do not believe this person was a nurse practitioner, RN, LPN, PA or medical provider. The patient care advisor emailed over a price quote recommending an ImageLift, Sculptra, and BellaFill chin filler. I had 2 consults with other providers that recommended a SMAS facelift, Fat-grafting and silicone chin implant. I liked the idea of the local anesthesia and wanted to discuss the clinical difference between a chin implant vs Bellafill chin filler and fat-grafting vs Sculptra. It appeared these options recommended by the patient care advisor were more temporary/short-term solutions. Was this because of the local anesthesia? Also, was the actual chin implant even an option for me with this doctor. I tried to call and send messages but never heard back. Unfortunately, the only next step I could see was to commit and pay $1000 before ever speaking to a medical provider. I was really hoping this was an option for me but can't reasonably commit to facial surgery without all the info. So disappointed. read more

Horrific office staff beyond unprofessional. This is the second chance I gave this practice and I regret I did. I made an appointment at the beginning of the week and they called me today (Thursday) to tell me that they can't accommodate my appointment for tomorrow because their "central appointment center" made a mistake and they are actually booked until January 2022! What?! How does one make such a mistake especially when I emphasized on the fact that I will be traveling from out of town. Then I asked for the doctor to give me a call because they did the same thing the first time I tried to make an appointment 2 years ago, and Rachel ( office employee) told me that's against the doctors "protocol" and that he won't be calling me but she will ask someone else to call... who this "someone" else is, God knows! I initially went in for a consultation with the doctor, well, it was not with him it was with a staff member. I later decided to start with fillers to build trust with the doctor for a neck lift so I called to schedule an appointment and was told he is no longer doing fillers so I would meet with one of his staff members. They collected the full amount over the phone way before my appointment so I actually felt stuck with my decision. I should have trusted my gut feeling at that time and walked away. Well, jowls went from bothersome to worse. I look older now than I did when I started. The fillers just made the jowls look heavier than when I started. Each time they said, you just need more, walking in the room during my treatment to collect the payment. Very, very unprofessional. The more treatments I received the worse it turned out. After a lot of anxiety about the entire experience I finally canceled my last appointment asking for a refund because I already paid in advance. I was told it will take 30 days for a credit, wow!
