OK, not what I understood about a credit card being authorized with those forms, but sure. By the way, can I get a copy of the service detail or included expectations with what I'm paying for? Very uncharacteristic of an invoice or bill containing items of value to not be delivered. Have not been to this place, seen the facility, met a person, or most of all - speak to the service and digest included with what (I think) I'm looking for. Felt pretty awful like a shakedown for being self-pay, when I did all the steps, filled out the forms, and authorized my payment on the portal. Asked 3X for the invoice/Bill copy I was making payment for, to no avail. Two transfers later, my appointment gets canceled by a "manager", and my promise, for a callback from administration went unanswered. I followed up the next business day and a transfer later I was narrated a very entitled remark from Harvey stating to choose an alternate provider. They didn't want to hear any feedback about the original outbound call, and made reference to nothing other than the escalations transfer request. Very clear clique protect protecting their own behaviors instead of taking feedback and showing compassion. Only not leaving a 1* because the workflow systems and appeal were both there, but the people and the professionalism were not. Great job, listening to audio recordings and not being able to get any feedback or understanding from timelines, milestones completed, and compassion. Zero stars to you.

With her in the exam room was a medical student and assistant. This has been her custom for the last 7 years, with the patient's permission. I believe that what she does is important for medical students to see and hear. I have always agreed to have them in the room with us. Today's appointment went well. No new concerns, and old concerns were addressed and advice given. Her staff members are also pleasant and efficient - from check in to exam room to check out. Soon after that, I was hired full-time at an office in Carillon and coworkers mentioned this derm as well. I've been going there ever since. The staff is wonderful. I've been to PA Caitlin Beach twice in two years for a full body skin scan and biopsy. She's so knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and professional. Best of all, she takes the time to listen to my insanity, paranoia and endless questions ... regardless of how busy she is, she answers them all. Everyone there is so sweet and helpful. They will refer you to plastic surgeons, give you samples if you ask and do anything they can to work with you regarding prescriptions. Apparently skin ointments aren't always covered, they will find generics or mail order, anything they can do to help with your budget. Parking is easy because it's at Bay Care. Office is clean and modern. Reason for four out of five stars is the same complaint I have for every medical professional here in Florida ... No evening hours or alternating Saturdays. Back in NY and NJ this was never an issue. Florida doesn't seem to consider the 8-5 p.m. employed/non-retired folks. You see, my 12 year old son had a rash when he was 7. We went to his pediatriation who tried all kinds of creams and steriods but nothing worked. We did this for 4 years. We were then reffered to a dermatologist in clearwater who did biopsies and said it was nothing. Just a virus that would eventually go away. A year later he still had the rash and was startes to be picked on at school for it. I saw an add on a resturaunt placemat and thought why not give him a try. The office staff was great. They got us in fairly quickly and did more biopsies. They compared them to the orginal ones from a year ago and made a tenative diagnosis. They reffered us to a specialist. The specialist was not on my insurance plan, the PA Andrea was able to get a hold the Doctor and work out a self pay rate so that we could get a definitive diagnosis. We got that diagnosis my son has a rare skin disease that usually happens in the Elder population called cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. We are still being seen by that specialty doctor and Dr Armstrong is allowing us to use his office for all of our treatment plan under the advisement of the specialty doctor. He was the only doctor that would see my son with this condition in our area. Nobody else would even try to help us because of his age, they all said he was too young. I am very thankful and blessed that Dr Armstrong was brought into our lives and I highly recommend him and his professional staff. They are some of the most caring people in the world.
