No complaints on that part. Keith came out to the house as he said he would and was very helpful. During the conversation I mentioned that I needed two 5-foot gates going into the backyard because I would be driving my truck and trailers to the backyard. They showed up when they said they would and did the work quickly. My job requires that I travel so I was not able to check the work too quickly, but when I went to drive my truck and trailer into the back yard, they would not fit through the gate. They put in 2, 4-foot gates. I checked the contract that I admit I hastily signed because of my work schedule, and it did say 2, 4-foot gates. I immediately called Keith and I took responsibility for the mistake because after all, I did sign the contract. I admitted to Keith that the mistake was my fault and not theirs. Keith stated he would give me break on fixing the issue and told me that it would be about 2 weeks to get it fixed. That was August 25th. I called yesterday, September 30th and left Keith a voicemail. He sent me a text this morning, October 1, 2026, stating that they were on a bigger project and it would be a couple of weeks. So, a couple of weeks is vague. I cannot plan for the work I still need to have done. Their initial service was good, but the customer care and follow-up is very poor. Again, the mess up was my fault and I took full responsibility for it; however, I feel that once you have paid your invoice, they don't really care about you after they receive their money. I will not do business with them in the future. So, again, I want to make it clear that it was my fault initially. To be completely transparent, attached is the text I received this morning to show that this is not a one-sided review from only my "opinion." You can read it for yourself.

Unfortunately, my mother died one day before they started the work. I had given him $8800 as a down payment. Although he had only been there twice to measure for the project. He charged me $4400 when I called the project off. I don't know how people like that sleep at night. I would not recommend this place with so little compassion. I have hired an attorney to look at the clause in the contract. I have alerted the designers as they may want to reconsider who they use for their projects. The designers spent hours bringing samples and drawings and revisions to my mothers house. They only charged $1000 for all the work because they are caring and compassionate people.

My brother was present and needed to leave halfway through. He thanked Hunter for coming out and leaving the bid and that we'd get with the insurance and get back to them. After my brother left, Hunter managed to get a signed contract for 41,000 from my mother. He told her they would be in touch with her insurance company to work out the final amount and the $41,000 was a credit limit check and it wouldn't be that high with the total to be determined. Wrong. It was a contract. It is a small modular home and the previous roofers bid was $12,300. Honest Abe took advantage of a confused elderly lady. When confronted later, they will only reply with, " We have a signed contract."
