From the day I went in for a consultation with Erin, to each time I workout, I have felt welcomed and supported. My sessions have been tailored to my personal goals and my trainer, Maya, has done an excellent job keeping my workouts personalized but also challenging. She incorporates strength training, mobility, and stretching during each session. It is a fun, small group environment! I have never once felt judged or negativity from any of the staff or other ladies working out. This was one of the most important things to me when selecting a gym because I don't like the feel of large chain gyms. I love the small but personalized feel of this gym!

I want to update my previous review and recognize Joe, the owner of Anytime Fitness in Rancho…read moreCucamonga, for how he handled our situation. We had a frustrating billing issue that resulted in our account being sent to collections, but once Joe became aware of what happened, he personally stepped in and made things right. Joe was extremely apologetic, listened to our concerns, and refunded our money in full. What impressed me most was his willingness to take responsibility and resolve the problem fairly. Mistakes can happen in any business, but the true measure of an owner is how they respond--and Joe handled this with professionalism, integrity, and genuine concern for us as customers. We truly appreciate Joe reaching out and correcting the situation. His response completely changed our experience, and he deserves five stars for standing behind his business and doing the right thing.

Sometimes even a millimeter of change that Ryan suggests makes an exercise 1.5x more challenging, but that's when you know that he's watching closely to make sure you're doing the exercise right. Highly recommend Ryan as a trainer for anyone who is looking to stay fit throughout the week but doesn't want a gym commute. Heck, I was training out of the living room for a while before graduating to the garage. The workout programs are challenging but he mixes it up to keep it interesting, and ensure that all of the muscles across your body are worked in a balanced way.
